Hidden Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Roseville

Just found this gem tucked behind the Village General Store off Vernon St. and let me tell you… this spot is something special. It’s their soft opening, and they’re using coffee from Pachamama 😎 All organic, farmer-owned, and grown using regenerative farming practices. There’s literally nothing else like this in Roseville!

I tried the organic dark brown sugar latte and the organic brown butter, and both were chef’s kiss. Their cold brew? Next level. Smooth, rich, and just what I needed to start the morning right. Bonus points: all their syrups are made in-house 🙌

They even offer A2 raw whole milk which is so rare to find and something I personally love. The espresso they use comes from co-op farmers in Nicaragua. It is a super unique flavor and such a cool connection to the farmers who actually grow it.

Stopped here during the soft opening of Hidden Coffeebar (arrived 1pm) and bought my first drinks. Excited to be here and support a business which uses beyond ethical coffee. If you’re a Roseville native you must come here at least ONCE. Hopefully more 🫶. All coffee is organic, and they even have a decaf option. I tried two drinks: Gibraltar and iced latte with Strauss whole milk. If you’re near Vernon street please come by and try some coffee. You won’t be disappointed! Just discovered this hidden gem — a small coffee spot that’s worth the hunt! The team is incredibly nice and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The decor is minimal but cozy, and I really like the relaxed, understated vibe.

Since the place is small, expect a bit of a wait, but it’s totally worth it for the quality and care they put into every cup. We definitely need more spots like this in our neighborhood — highly recommend...
