I NEVER write reviews but I felt obligated to let others if you are considering them, be careful. I spent almost $100 on a Mother's Day gift that by their fault was not what I asked for and all I got in return was mistreated by the owner, Jennifer. I called on Wednesday to have Mother's Day flowers delivered that Saturday. I spoke with Brittani, she was kind, seemed helpful, she sent me pictures of two different Azalea tree's and asked which one I wanted. One was already fully bloomed, shorter and wider and had a light pink bow. The other was taller and not fully bloomed and it had a polka dot bow (see pictures of what Brittani texted me for reference on yelp). I was very clear via text and called back to specify I want the taller tree that's not fully bloomed yet, I just asked if she could switch the bows so that the taller one I wanted would have a light pink bow, not polka dot bow. Brittani assured me that's no problem at all and that she agreed she thought the taller tree that's not fully bloomed was a good choice, so she knew exactly what I wanted. She asked for payment of $82 and put my request aside for me, or so she said. What was delivered was the exact opposite of what I had requested, not only was it the shorter/ wider tree in full bloom but they had switched the bows to put the polka dot bow on it (literally the exact opposite tree and bow that I asked for). So I called, Brittani answered and had no explanation just apologized, which in my opinion was way better than how the owner treated me once she got on the phone. She argued with me and tried to tell me that there was no difference in the two trees and that both of them were fully bloomed the day they went out (there is no possible way the taller tree pictured could've fully bloomed in 3 days! Not to mention shrunk and got wider?) She continued to argue with me and then she said, "do you want me to pick the flowers up and refund you?" I mean, how rude! You really think that I want you to go and take my moms flowers on Mother's Day for a refund?? No I just wanted you to admit that this was your guys' fault and most owners in customer service would've offered 20% off next purchase etc. something to say sorry that we messed up your Mother's Day gift. Jennifer, that's all customers want, you'd think as a business owner you would know that and not try to lie and argue with me. It may not be a big deal to you but you don't know what's important to someone else and what they're going through. Have some heart and compassion. Never again will I order from them or refer anybody...
Read moreBIG NO SHOW ON VALENTINES DAY! Placed an order on Valentines Day and it was a no show. Spoke with an employee mid day who assured me that my $200 flower arrangement would arrive no later than 4 pm. Come 5:30pm still no flowers. I live a short 6 minute( 2.4 mile) drive away. The snarky woman in the shop said my flowers were the last few to leave and still we’re waiting for a driver…when I questioned her as to why she told me she prioritized orders placed 2 weeks ago as if everyone besides myself placed the order 2 weeks back. I really wish they could have been forthcoming about not being about to handle a bouquet earlier in the day so that I could have made other plans. This was a very disappointing move on the part of a local business I’ve supported for years. Treat the customer right by dropping the ball and being defensive about it. Anyone know a reliable florist in Roseville???
Wow. Unbelievable response. My post is VERY true. I did not speak with this woman rudely at all. I only asked why my order was saved until nearly 6 at night to be delivered to my home, UNDERSTANDABLY! Her company made me the promise of a delivery time and she could not keep that promise. Therefore, I requested she cancel my order as it was clear her promised delivery time was far past the time. This is the standard provided by Bartlett flowers people. Take your business elsewhere as you will be treated the same way. This woman can’t handle the fact that she provided sub par services. How about a thank you for being a loyal customer? Instead you get defensive behavior for her lack of service....
