Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Roseville

We walked in and there were six people behind the counter standing doing nothing because there's nobody in there. We order our food and go to find a table and we can't find a table because they're all filthy and not to mention the screen we had to pay with was disgusting and had to be wiped off by us, I took a picture after we wiped it off some. Should be something that's done every half hour or so have that screen wiped off that's really disgusting I'll never go to this location again. Made a comment to the guy at the register about the touch screen being gross and he didn't care didn't even say a word. Sat down to eat our food and they all went back to doing nothing behind the counter. I have no idea why this place needs like six people to operate do they deliver? Usually one of our favorite places, we never have a problem with the one on Harper in St Clair Shores. The Giant sub is $18 which does seem a bit pricey but it feeds two of us so I guess it works out. Last thing I don't know why the hand dryer in the bathroom has to be mounted 2 and a half feet off of the floor that doesn't make any sense at all. Disgusting location would definitely not go to this one on Gratiot...

Not only did I wait 20 minutes before they put my food on the grill when nobody was there they waited for the store to get busy before they put my food on the grill on top of that they put jalapeños in the sub which was supposed to have no jalapeños I mean unacceptable. I mean unacceptable then I talk to the manager and he said that the reason they waited to put my sub on the grill is because they had two giant subs ahead of me and they put those two on the grill so obviously your girls not big enough to put two giants and one regular sub when nobody was in there But I mean I’m amazed that you know a manager just blows off customers like that, but Go back obviously the store manager doesn’t care about customers let’s see if corporate or the owner or the district manager cares about the customers.
