ALERT....CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE PAYING...THEY OVER CHARGE YOU...CHECK MY RECEIPT COMPARED TO THE MENU...THEY TOLD ME THE NEW PRICE IS NOT REFLECTED ON THE MENU...WHAT....THATS A NO FOR ME...

i bought a groupon and wanted to try this place. i took my daughter because she loves thai food.

I read the reviews and it looked good.

The place was completely empty when i walked in at dinner time. I wanted to wash my hands before I sat down so I walked to the bathroom and the kitchen door was open and I looked in and the cook literally took a piece of food off a plate and put it in the mouth...I was like what the heck...

my daughter still wanted to eat. she ate the green seafood curry and liked it. 19.00 for this..over priced with no rice either.

i ordered the drunken noodles with chicken....the menu says 13.95...but when my ticket came they charged me 14.95.

i showed the lady the price on the menu and she said the menus have not been updated...so they are stealing from people and cheating us who want to support them.

there was no sign saying the prices are different than the menus...no sign showing a change.

they literally tried to steal from me...no way.

I told the lady I will only pay what the menu says...its stealing...

no wonder the place is empty...the Lord will punish liars..thieves and those who cheat people.

unbelievable...i will never go back and i hope the Lord shuts them down...

I just had a horrible customer service experience here. My family and I ordered for pick up and the food items were not properly packaged and the lids were not secured on our items. Upon leaving their parking lot, the dark brown liquids spilt in the bags, leaking through hot liquids all over my teenage son and my car. After explaining this to the manager I was told “it was not their problem” and given instructions for handling their food for transport as well as given the explanation that the bump going out of their parking lot could have done it. It was also suggested that my driving played a part. By the way, I did not even turn out of the lot before it started leaking out. No comment regarding the lid being completely off the item with the liquid in it. The manager took my food and returned to the kitchen without any resolve to the issue their negligence created. Another employee offered a refund, clearly embarrassed at the lack of response from the manager, as that was all she could personally do. No apology. No acknowledgment of concern. Highly...

The staff was extremely nice to my daughter and I can definitely appreciate that. However, the food was a bit of a turn off. I ordered pineapple fried rice which came out barely warm and had probably 4 pieces of pineapple. The taste was awfully starchy and lacked anything special. The second dish I ordered was the red curry. This was okay, but resembles the texture of tomato soup. The rice was also $3 and was about a small bowl. I forgot to mention the pricing was a bit more expensive than most Thai restaurants I have been to. I did order an appetizer due to feeling a bit pressured to order one, she kinda stood there and said 'is that it?' in a way that just two plates was not enough. I ordered some spring rolls for $9 that seemed fresh but abysmal in size.

In the end I could not recommend this place with so many other locations around. Heck, get a sandwich from sprouts...
