Poke Poke - Sushi Unrolled — Restaurant in Roseville

I placed an ordered earlier for a bowl through the Poke Poke app and was not aware that the fish was only raw fish. That is not my preference whatsoever and i double checked the app to see if it stated that there was only raw fish which it did not. I was wondering if i could get a refund for the order. As stated to the store representatives, i only took about 2-3 bites before realizing and have no problem with bringing the bowl back if needed. The store representative didnt know how to go about giving me a refund and kept telling me he doesnt know. He tried calling the manager, francis, who did not pickup. He informed me that francis could be at the troy location so i called them. He wasnt there, francis also didnt pick up for them either. I called the berkley location and francis answered the phone call, insisted i was lying and that the app had to have stated it was only raw fish and told me he couldnt do anything about a refund and i would have to reach out to corporate. Thats fine but why is there only one manager and why did he inform me that he saw the roseville location call but was busy so he just didnt reply. This whole entire thing was unprofessional and now ik waiting on a response from corporate. If you are not interest in raw fish, do...

My first experience at poke poke was great. The employee who serviced us was very inviting and made several great suggestions. All of the food looked really fresh, and it was just a warm environment. Excited to visit again, we came in last night. The atmosphere was entirely different, we were not greeted upon entering the store, but I noticed he greeted another customer of a different race who entered after us. As well as our service employee being very mono tone and lacked enthusiasm to serve us. The food also looked very dry and unappealing. When I got home there were extremely hard bits of food in both of the bowls we purchased that needed to spit out.
