I am writing to express the frustration and aggregation I experienced with your Roseville, MN location.
I placed an order for nine calzones yesterday at 11:00am for my students today to celebrate the end of summer school. I spoke with Niki, who accepted the order and then called back for the payment. I explained the order needed to arrive at 11:45am she confirmed.
Today, I called at 10:48am to confirm, and the male who answered the phone was rude and only responded it's in the system and hung up."
I called back today at 11:56am and 12:02pm to be out on hold, I had another colleague call at 11:45am and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes no response.
I eventually spoke with Chris, and he explained the order was put in for 11:45pm.
There is an apparent issue with service and the owners' commitment to deliver. You should be embarrassed and outraged by this failure. I will ensure that other potential customers will be well advised of what is awaiting them at this location.
YOU FAILED KID'S AND THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE! Ensure you refund me ASAP.

We ordered pasta, 2 “flavors” of pizza and 2 types of bread sticks tonight and unfortunately, all of it was less than satisfactory. After sampling a bite of each, everything was tossed and alternative dinner plans had to be made. The food arrived mostly warm, but not fresh. More disappointing was the quality of the food. The flavor was extremely bland (and even that adjective may be generous) and lacked any differentiation, not just from the speciality pizzas and products Sarpino’s offers, but also from the products of competitors. I’ve requested a full refund but have low expectations of that coming to fruition.
Addendum: I received a follow up email from Sarpino’s and complied with their request to provide more information so they could “investigate” the issue. Unfortunately, after two attempts to contact them, I didn’t hear anything further. I’m disappointed that I wasted my money and time with...

Tracker said 2 pizzas were cooking for an hour and went past estimated delivery time so I called to check in. Immediately put on hold. The woman who answered 5-6 minutes later didn't ask for my information but told me my pizza was on the way and left 10 minutes ago. I thanked her and told her to take care... but all I got was a "yeah" before hanging up. Definitely lacking customer service skills. Now, for the pizza. It was barely warm. So it definitely sat for awhile and the cheese was a solid slab. No matter how busy corporate pizza places get... I always get delivered hot pizza. So for me to be told "we're busy" and that's why... is a poor excuse. For $22 pizzas... I expect better. Better service, better pizza,...
