Iv stayed at several Marriott hotels since I'm a member. My company allways pays for a regular room i upgrade to a suite. On the phone sounded like the usual 1 room 2 bedroom suite. Got there shocked it looked the size of a redroof inn room. I verified I got the same size room. Was told it was biggest they offered. Disappointed went back upstairs to my tiny 1 room suite. Iv stayed at several Marriott in the Minnesota area without a single regret so expecting same experience i was disappointed. Ordered dinner was asked if to deliver to our room, a hour went by and was sitting at bar cold. No call asking if I still wanted it. Next was went to go take a shower no conditioner, no shampoo both empty. Used my daughters stuff so we could go. Pillows hurt my neck. Completely disappointed in this location. We're for same price many offer 10x better experience. 1 thing it seems newer and not outdated. I rather drive by take a pic and post it then revisit. Do they have a pool yes is it nice idk because I stayed up so late waiting for food. Iv done some other reviews of other Marriott hotels I'd recommend in the area which are absolutely beautiful. This one is nice but NO WHERE NEAR AS NICE AS OTHERS. Honestly as a honest reviewers I rather stay at a holiday inn express. My honest thoughts, you can review my other reviews and make your own opnion. I pay the money to get pampered, but I over paid compared to holiday inn that offers me free continental breakfast, paid buffet. Was told at check in that both options available till 10am went down at 930am was told no continental and buffet is done. What, so I'm over charged for a tiny room, get cold food, my room not stocked properly I'm mean really not wisely spent money. Oh the fact there was someone behind the door they let 1 employee work the counter by herself while 7 people in line which included 1 person checked in but had to wait 30 min to get his room key reprogramming. I'm generous with my stars but the hotel can do MUCH better! For a Marriott. Read reviews for the other hotels in believe i posted pics so you can compare apples 🍎 to apples. Last note I never spent more then 150$ for a suite with Marriott. Ill repost with pics how tiny room is. Might as well...
Read moreAwful. Just horrific. My sheets were stained with blood. When I told the front desk they said that nobody could go up and change them, I just asked for clean sheets and took the dirty ones off and put them on the floor. The lady at the front said that they would let the cleaning crew know about this and also the manager. The following day I come back and the same old blood stained sheets (that I had put on the floor - mind you) were placed back on the bed. Disgusting. I called the front desk again and they said the same thing that nobody was around to change them but that they would send someone up from the front desk. Someone did show up but I think it was from the cleaning crew at night. So this happens twice and no manager or nobody even attempts to call me to apologize or look into this critical situation. No follow-up. No investigation. Nobody. Not even after I left a hand written note in the front desk. It was super disgusting. After that I really would not feel comfortable staying there. They don’t have any customer service to deal with such an important issue. Looks like to me thy don’t value my business or my health. And on top of it all, one night they wouldn’t even serve us dinner because supposedly there was a party going on? Wait what? You close the kitchen for your hotel guests because of a party? And not even inform the guests. I was dropped off by my work colleague because I was tired and didn’t want to go out for dinner the night before I departed at 6am the following morning. And to get there and be told no food. That’s was just it for me. Never again will I stay there. I am seriously thinking of submitting a complaint report to the hotel safety commette. They really need to be audited. My experiences there have been the worse. I have had more than a handful of bad experiences, yet I have given them more chances, but the whole blood stained sheets on the bed were the last straw. They should be ashamed of themselves. Who is running this place? They...
