I ordered a grande iced horchata oatmilk shaken espresso yesterday. I finished it in the store and asked for a refill for iced coffee. The server said I couldn’t get a refill because the drink I had was an espresso, which is not eligible for a refill. Refills are only given for the exact same initial drink, and espresso drinks are not eligible.
I told her that I’ve ordered the horchata oatmilk shaken espresso many times at other stores and have always received a refill. She said that’s not how it’s supposed to work. She explained that if I had ordered an iced coffee or hot coffee, I could get as many refills as I wanted.
I felt it wasn’t worth continuing the conversation and ruining my day, so I left. What I should have shown her was the picture. Actually, this was the second time I had the exact same experience at this store. The store fell short of my expectations. Very disappointed.

But when i realized i had been sitting there waiting for my drink for about 25 min.
