Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Ross Township

Edited this review from a long time ago because the location is no longer the same as it used to be. Any time you go here, you'll ask for a certain flavor of ice cream and they'll never have it. And it's not because it's a busy location where product just sells out. It's usually pretty dead there. So you get the impression that they didn't even order it or it's in some back freezer somewhere and they were like, "Nahh, I'm not wasting my time putting that out today."

It's so bad, in fact, that I finally just gave up and stopped going to this location. I got tired of hearing flavors weren't available and then being in the drive-thru trying to figure out which flavor to ask for next. I just basically told myself to pretend this place doesn't exist and to just go to either the location on US 30 or the one...

Only if there was such thing as 0 stars. I came to this place for a door dash order expecting to go in because most places won't do DoorDash through drive through. I walk up to the door and it's locked as I see an employee pointing me to go through drive through. CLOSED TWO HOURS EARLY! Later that afternoon we visited to get ourselves some ice cream through drive through and got THE WORST customer service. The woman was extremely disrespectful talking over me to get to the end of the order as soon as possible. I asked some simple questions but got complete attitude in return. Terrible location, I'm just gone say that. How are you in walking distance to a large apartment complex and many homes to children(ice cream) & adults(caffeine) or whatever one wants and your dining area is never open. Oh, not to mention survey codes or the store number does not work when try to complete surveys which rises my suspension, is this a real store? But what I am seeing with the line up of many other restaurants or fast food establishments, their doing what they please. It's not about customer service anymore...
