Stay away from this place. Cookies I ordered weren't fresh at all. I ordered a footlong meatball sub and these milk duds put in a brown bag, not covered at all and it smelled burnt. Made the mistake of ordering through door dash, you don't package customer food like that!

WHY IS THIA LOCATION ALWAYS CLOSED BY 945 ?? It Should say they close at 945 THEY SHOULD NOT SAY THEY ARE OPEN TIL 10PM BECAUSE FOR WHATEVER REASON THEY NEVER ARE!! I DONT UNDERSTAND??.. LIKE FRFR!! VERY INCONVENIENT I WOULD HAVE WENT TO CROWN POINT WHERE THEY ACTUALLY ACT LIKE THEY WANT TO WORK AND ARE GREATFUL FOR A JOB.! This franchise location will leave you hungry and very disappointed like it did me. I had a very simple mobile order that they couldn’t get right and after contacting them same day about it I was told to come back with my mobile order receipt and I will get the right sub, Seemed like it was going to be resolved not a big deal. So went back 3 days later to get my order replaced showed them my mobile order explained to manager what had happened and what I was told to do and they had no idea of what I was talking about and most importantly they had no history of me calling or contacting them about it. This felt very upsetting And waste of Time and Money! Just go to jimmy John if you want something done right with no hassle subway just lost...

Pretty decent place it was very well maintained Personnel was pretty decent but when I went it was a busy store so if you catch it on a rush you might be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes. And I appreciate the female staff that made my sandwich she made it exactly how I asked her without an attitude. Most of the time and I go to a Subway and I won't it like the commercial the stuff somewhat having attitude. If you do not want me to pile it high with the veggies as the commercials they do so you should not advertise it that way because as long as you and the commercials Pile it high with veggies I'm...
