Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Ross Township

I literally just left their drive-thru so I was told to pull around to the front and wait he got irritated because I ordered crunchies at the window brought me my bag out I asked if was there tartar sauce he said ugg nrolled his eyes. Restaurants think business is slow because of COVID or that's the cause of it but is not it's all about customer service I worked in the restaurant business for 25 years if you are not polite you will not have business if you are not friendly you will not have business I literally came inside asked for more tartar sauce in the lady said well how many do you want two or three I said I have seven pieces of fish so I need more than the two he brought me then another lady walks up and was like hello and I'm like hello and as I'm walking away with the tartar sauce they said how rude no I think it's extremely rude that you do not put tartar sauce in the dan bag with fish you know how much I order cuz you're the one who took my order but you bring me two tartar sauces what am I going to do with that is exactly what I asked but when I walked away they said you're rude no you're very rude and that's why the Merrillville Long John silver is never busy because your employees are rude or they're messing around and don't listen to people's...

If I could I would give them below zero stars. I was craving fish so my husband decided to get some. We went through the drive through and my husband asked for the price on just fish. The lady that was working said she couldn't do that. She said alot of bad unnecessary words and the worst was she was going to shoot my husband. She said that in front of me and our 4 kids we had in the vehicle. So my husband said he will call corporate, unfortunately they are closed so we will be making contact tomorrow. Please do something with that lady. Very unprofessional and she said everything through the drive threw gets recorded. This happened May 15...

Eat at your own risk, but don't be surprised if you get food poisoning. This place needs a THOROUGH cleaning! They shouldn't be allowed to serve food until it's cleaned.

Stopped in evening of 9/2816.

Immediately felt our shoes sliding around on the greasy, dirty floor. Used the restrooms and found them in worse condition.

Every surface - floor, walls, door handles, everything - was covered in a dirty layer of grease/grime. We quickly made the decision not to eat here.

Had to stop at a gas station just to wash the sticky grease from the door handles...
