First and last time here. I don't know what's worse ... the customer service or the set up of the gyro plate.

The plate had a lot of food. I'll give them that. But it was not put together. It was basically a bunch of gyro meat, onions, tomato, feta, and the 2 breads. Some people ordered some burgers, and their burgers were built. I think that's just plain laziness by the cook to throw everything together in a plate.

Also, the customer service here is atrocious. "What you want?", said the counter employee when I was gonna order. And it wasn't only to me but for carryout orders. It's a small place you can hear the kitchen and see it. Since the plate wasn't put together, I had to use my hands to make the sandwiches and no plastic ware was in site. Pjs grill gave me the wrong order, I paid and asked for polish special and I went home and noticed I had hot dogs. When I called they were arguing with me that they gave me polishes. I told them I have pictures give me a number I’ll text them the photo . They eventually Said to come back tomorrow morning due to closing time. When I went the next day he asked for his hot dogs back… Excuse me, I tossed them, he wanted me to retrieve them from the trash in order to be compensated for the mistake. Not even worth it, I will spend my money else well. Just lost a customer due to unprofessional and not owning up to your mistakes. And for the record maybe you should’ve said bring the hotdogs back. Decided to stop in for a gyro plate took it home open box there are my tomatoes with half inch of fuzz down them and sticking to the box leavit black spots like they been in there awhile. Onions very old and have that old Onion extra strong aroma do u think they cared no they wanted me to bring it all the way back to fix problem not offer refund or anything else like I really want to try to eat something else from there plus the gal hung up one when I explained it she told me also that it was impossible!
