This in particular a review on the location and the company as a whole. And should serve as an explanation why my crew, who have spent $1000s of dollars of the years there will no longer do business there.
Yesterday 8/23. I placed an order through the app for this location. It said they were open and that my order was ready as I was on my way. I arrive and they are repaving the parking lot. I walk through the areas not being paved enter. And am greeted by 3 employees saying they are closed and that I have to call corporate to get my money back.
So I head to the taco bell on the other end of McKnight to see if they would just make the order and they refused. I asked for the help desk number and they give me the KFC number (Same parent company) KFC support says they can't help me. That location then refused to provide me with a number for taco bell. So I call the original store back and they would not provide a number and instead offered to make it after they reopened.
Two hours later I go back. One of the workers was being snarky about making an order received earlier. The manager forcefully insisted 3x that I give her a good review on a survey for "helping me out" (I'm also a manager, no you did the bare minimum to provide the service I already paid for). I did so since I frequent the place, but now regret it. Ended up only providing me with half my drinks which I had to ask to be corrected. Then they still forgot 1/3 of my part of the order. $40 and 2 1/2 hours of my time for fast food and frustration...
Their help email line is useless they never respond and the managers are generally unwilling to actually help...
Read moreOne of the worst TB’s I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it seems that most of their issues is driven by their POOR SERVICE. I tried ordering online to save time but when I got there, I had to wait over 30 minutes after arriving and there was not a single customer in the restaurant! The STAFF COULD NOT CARE LESS. They were completely inattentive and RUDE - there were two young kids who came in right after we arrived, probably ordering just a couple tacos, and after 25 minutes, they wanted to leave and just get a refund. One of the staff came up to the register and gave them a hard time. The kids said they’d take the food if it’s almost ready but if not, they’d like a refund. The staff member proceeded to berate them, saying he had to take off his gloves to come up to the register to give them a refund, so they would have to wait further if they wanted to get their food. It was so awful to watch two young kids being treated this way.
When I returned home finally with my food, they had put the tostadas (or Mexican pizza) completely on its side! I haven’t been to this location and years and will not come back there again. I’m going to try to contact their corporate offices or social media handlers as they need to address the service here especially given the amount of reviews with the same pain points. Read moreMy god… FIX THE HOURS IF THEY HAVE CHANGED!!! I thought the existence of this Taco Bell location would save me from having to frequent the other awful locations that come to mind. I’m an insomniac who likes fast food. People like me sometimes rely on the few places that are open really late.
The hours listed on google and on the Taco Bell website stated they would be open until 2am. I put in a mobile order at 11:30pm and arrived for pick up at about 11:50. As I roll up I see probably the last employee getting in their car to leave and some poor, lost soul waiting at the pickup window.
The only other appealing option I could think of was ordering sheetz MTO food and that wasn’t exactly a short wait AND because I was in a hangry stupor, I ordered at the wrong sheetz which added 40 minutes of driving to my simple quest to get some late night junk food. This part of course was my fault but BOY my night would have been much better if this Taco Bell didn’t screw me over.
I reached out to Taco Bell support immediately because the app took my money and I certainly didn’t get my order. A few days have passed and I haven’t heard back and I have still been fully charged. WACK!!!
