To owner, save your half written apology you sent to everyone else on this page, I will not be returning and buying food from y’all again, customer service is everything when you want to make a business thrive and succeed, but due to the nasty rude employees you have running the business it will succumb just like the rest of the long john silvers.

Terrible place to eat that explains why their drive thru is always empty and the same 5 people are there everyday, ordered in the restaurant I asked for it to go so if there was any left I could take it home put it in the fridge, that was a issue for courtney Gregg the cashier who took my order so when she handed me my food prepared for dine in I told her it was to go and she made a big fuss and said if I get it to go I’m not allowed to sit at the dining table and eat and then leave, so I said alright I’ll eat in here, I grabbed my food went to a table and went back up to get malt vinegar, she hands me 2 packs so I asked for some more she handed me 2 more packs and I was like can I get more than that hush puppies are dry and I like to drown them in malt vinegar, she proceeds to tell me no and that she wasn’t supposed to hand out anymore than 2 per customer, malt vinegar is inexpensive Courtney I can get a bottle at Walmart for $3. I knew it was gonna be a issue when she handed me a warm drink with no ice and then said there was no ice so I asked for a refund on the drink; what kind of person drinks warm root beer ? A crazy person that’s who. I don’t understand why these fast food places are hiring people who don’t want to work fast food, like ma’am if you don’t like your job get into a different field of work there’s plenty of other fields. Anyways I will not be returning to this location and buying food again, hush puppies were hard as a rock, green beans were mush, chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. Terrible staff and service, overall if they had better staff and service that’s not to busy talking to co workers about personal life for about 10 minutes before they take your order it would probably be popping and people would actually eat here. But no it’s not worth the money for terrible service and rude staff. Especially when the cheapest on the menu is no less than $12. This long John silvers will be closed in no time if yall keep operating the way yall are. I work hard for my money physically breaking my back while these lazy rude employees just sit around, supposed to be fast food not if we have it you get it. When I order something I expect it to be held to food grade standards. Restaurant standards...

I wish I could give negative stars cuz that's all they are worth! And to think what we could have gotten with $75 in food somewhere else 😭We walked in and the dinning room was so cold that they made sure no one would be sitting inside then we ordered $75 in food and handed us a tray saying that's all we ordered 😡 we had to argue to get the rest of our food and they still shorted us a chicken meal... They served us what seemed like all day cooked food the chicken was so rubbery and disgusting and DONT DARE ASK FOR TARTER SAUCE! they have to watch their inventory so your only aloud 4 and that's one per meal! They were rude and incompetent at even working there. The fries weren't cooked all the way... Or sat there all day. It was a horrible experience and probably made me never want to eat at a long John silver ever again! We sat outside to eat our food in the parking lot because we couldn't sit inside it was so cold even the customers behind us said something and they never even responded. Those customer's got their food and left. And the nice lady gave us her tarter sauce because they wouldn't give us anymore. We watched 2 out of 4 drive thru customers just leave on them cuz they said they were out of what they wanted. This place needs shut down or needs all new employees! 😡😡 Then as we sat on the sidewalk eating our food they emptied the trash cans from inside and threw them out on the sidewalk it was disgusting! We left our food and left. Never ever will ever give them a penny of our money again! The owner of this place needs to wake up and start running a correct business! Cuz this is not ok! And to have so many others complain about the same things, this place needs to be shut down!!!

Drive over 20 mins after placing an order online, to get here, be called and told they don't have chicken. Truck didn't come in. Ok .. but why is it available for purchase on the app. Told we can get seafood. My family doesn't eat seafood. $70.00 could not replace our money. We had to settle for cheeseburgers. I'll never be back. I could have gotten cheeseburgers anywhere and not paid 70.00. Advice if you are ordering from this restaurant, do not order online and make sure they have the items you pay for, or you are going to be stuck with 4 cheeseburgers in replace of 12 pieces of chicken. Rip off!!!! So we get food... After already horrible service, we were to get bacon Cheeseburgers, we get cheeseburgers( that we could have purchased elsewhere for 2.00)... Go back in because they also forgot our coleslaw we paid for and our reg fries.. cook us bacon for our cheeseburgers and put them in a container for us to put on burgers. ordered Velvet cheesecake almost 5.00 a slice, tiny... Ordered 2 only had 1 available. Forgot to give us our coleslaw... Fries with chili.. burnt. Get home to after an hour and a half of this ordeal to give everyone Now COLD dinner and we only got 12 of the 24 hush puppies we paid for. This has got to be a joke This is not acceptable. My business would be shut down if ran like...
