My husband bit right into a LONG hair, a HAIR! A long blondish red HAIR in his burger!!!! ๐คฎ It was entwined in the food! We brought the food back in with the disgusting hair. The manager who spoke to me before walking out in the first place ignored the ENTIRE situation. I mean not a single word! He previously said he had been there 23 years, yet he completely let what appeared to be a minor-aged counter person handle the entire situation. Never came over to talk to us, apologize, anything. We wanted a refund for our order and that was totally ignored, but counter kid did ask if we wanted our burgers remade personally by him when the manager wouldn't come over!! We said yes and he made them far better than the people on the left side of the kitchen, which I sincerely appreciated.
The first time, every sandwich paper was saturated with grease as if it were sitting in a puddle before they put on the burgers. Every person in there has long hair down their backs, no one is wearing a hair net, everyone looks unkept, and the customer behind us said she watched the manager touching and playing with his hair while working the drive thru!! It wasn't his hair, I saw who it probably was based on the color, but still, he's not wearing anything on his head at all!!! Then saw 2 employees without any hats at all, the they'd come back and hats on again, as they were coming in and out of the back, weren't on break, no wonder there's hair in the food! Food and muck all over the floor that was dropped. The place was completely gross. I understand being understaffed and busy, I didn't mind waiting, (but I minded waiting TWICE) but the appearances of most of the employees hair everywhere and sanitation being the way it was, is completely unacceptable. I STILL want a refund. My husband couldn't even eat his burger, it's still sitting here. We lost our appetite after that, I threw away the last piece of my burger. Not to mention our other food, fries and nuggets were ice cold by the time we had to wait for the other burgers to be remade, and the frosty was completely melted when we got back in the car.
The experience was completely and totally horrendous and a waste of my time and hard earned money. I'm totally ticked. Maybe if this franchise hired at a liveable wage, it could be better staffed and ran more efficiently. I have no respect for that manager that hid in the corner and ignored what was happening. None. ย ย ย Read moreAbsolutely infuriating. I had walked there to pick up an online order, when I got there the doors are locked with no indication of the hours having been changed. Keep in mind the doors say the dining room closes at 10 PM.
I'm standing there for 5 minutes trying to get someone's attention and knocking on the door. When the employees finally notice, they point me to the other side of the building, then back the other way. I figured to just go to the drive through window since the workers all seem to be having a bit of a giggle at my expense, and when I got there one of the girls locked the window on me.
The manager came up and opened the window, then got in my face saying they lock the doors at 9 PM, and the guy knows damn well there's no indication of such a thing on the doors because he told me himself that they need to be updated. He tells me this condescending useless information about how a drive through works, I tell him I don't have a car and he FINALLY asks me what the name on the order is. I tell him the name, and he tells me "Drop the attitude and I'll get it for you."
This location needs updated hours on the doors and a more customer friendly environment. Don't tell me to drop my attitude after I walked from Walmart to get my order just to find out you know the hours are wrong, I don't appreciate a snarky "manager" talking to me...

The sad thing is that these fools are completely aware of what they are serving but act dumbfounded, and that's what makes me furious. Every time I come here they food is always hard, cold, and nasty. I would go elsewhere for a couple of months, then come back, hoping they got it together. Nope, prove me wrong every time. These Wendys need to be burned down to the ground or get new management and cooks because they are literally single-handed robbing people. My daughter likes the chili, and that's the ONLY REASON why I waste my time. I also forgot to add that with my nuggets. They only gave me three, not four. Who does that? Update: Months later, as soon as I opened my burger, a long piece of hair cooked in the burger. What is sad is that it's another review saying that they found hair in their food, too.
