4 SEASON WINGS- Roswell, Ga Holcomb Bridge Rd. Ste. 23 — Restaurant in Roswell

This has been one of my favorite wing shops for a long time, but I believe that they have sold to a new owner. I was very disappointed this evening. I sent my daughter to pick up Wings and I bit down in it and it was obvious that it had not been fully cooked. So I thought maybe that’s just one so I bit down in another one and the same thing you could even almost smell the fact that it was not fully cooked and definitely could taste it so my daughter took the wings back. I told her to just get a refund because whoever is cooking them is not cooking them properly this evening and they gave her the hardest time. Tried not to put it back on her card end up having to give her cash back, but gave my daughter a hard time I do not expect this type of behavior in our neighborhood, especially from one of our local restaurants that we continue to try our best to patronize and keep in business. I don’t normally leave reviews on restaurants but after visiting this place and having to deal with a rude gentleman who probably is the owner of this establishment deserves a response. All these negative comments about this store is true. The food is cooked in dirty oil as you can tell by the colour and texture when you receive the wings. Everything is just greasy and nothing is flavourful. They have more better wing spots near Holcomb bridge and I highly suggest everyone visits those place then waste your money here. The owner should worry about the cleanliness of his store then give attitude to people. The vents for the hvac are full of dust, the washrooms are a complete disaster, the tables have chewing gum stuck to the bottom of them, and the employees wipe their face while preparing your food. These are literally the best chicken wings i have ever had in my life. Medium flavor and get that 10 piece. nothing to it

^that is how it used to be. Only giving 3 stars out of respect. Ownership changed a couple of times and the food is pretty awful now. Granted i only ever get wings (which are waaaayyyy smaller now and sauce is worse) and teriyaki chicken. The wings are just plain worse but the teriyaki is an INSULT. Literally cold cubed chicken with teriyaki salad dressing squirted on top from a bottle. Previously hot and delicious. They also keep the old pics up for advertisement. Definitely misleading as items have obviously changed.

It honestly breaks my heart, but I cannot reccommend 4 season wings anymore. I have touted this place for years since i came to town. It is a true tragedy to lose these wings and this restaurant. RIP 4...
