American Deli — Restaurant in Roswell

Melissa is the rudest person to ever answer the phone. Door dash does not have the option at this location for extra crispy, extra wet, or an option to add an extra flavor. I have always called and it was honored without an issue but this woman told me she has the app and I can simply pay for it. I told her nicely again those options are NOT available so she told me to let my door dasher pay for it and give him the money when he gets to me. Excuse me??! I’m doing a NO CONTACT order as I am currently positive for Covid-19 so I will not be In direct contact with anyone and why would I want my Door dasher to pay for something that is not offered on the app? A door dasher I never met at that? What if something happens to this driver in route and I need to re Oder? Please train your staff on how to honor things that aren’t an available and UPDATE YOUR DOOR DASH APP. I order from here just about every other day $35-40 I don’t care to pay an up charge for my food and how I want it & I can happily take my business elsewhere...

I can assure you my corporation will never patronize this location again. We have been using this location for months with no problem until today. My employee picked up the food and misplaced the receipt. I went back to pick it up because we needed the receipt to expense the meals. Upon arrival they would not allow me to pickup the receipt due to some unwritten policy. I explained the situation to them several times and even offered to call or have him call or she could call him from the number in their store phone. They rudely declined. The receipt didn’t even have card info on it because the tender was cash so there was no excuse! I had to send my employee (who originally picked the food up) back to pick up the receipt and when he got there she wasn’t even sure if it was him. The unprofessionalism and distasteful customer service was enough to never spend a penny in this...
