Whom ever is the owner of this restaurant needs to retrain his employees. I just experienced nothing but disrespect from the employees that work there. This gentleman with black glasses with loop earrings was very disrespectful and very rude. I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life. The owner needs to replace this employee because he is representing your restaurant with disrespect. I am appalled!!! This person didn’t have any gloves or hairnets while serving my food. After touching the register he didn’t even wash his hands. What will the board of health say about this restaurant? I kindly asked him to rinse off the forks that was exposed all day and night before I start eating and his response was I’m not rinsing off these forks for you. Told me to go to the bathroom. Yesterday the female working kindly rinsed it off for us which I say I excellent customer service. But this guy with the glasses straight disrespected us to the max. I want to know who’s the owner of this restaurant? He needs to see what kind of people he’s hiring. Now my husband and I will never purchase from them again. The owner needs to respond to this review so I can explain my experience. Then he puts our food on a plate which is not secure. Telling us he cannot put it in a carton however yesterday we had a carton. I’m just appalled on how we were treated. I believe it was because the color of our skin. He made that clear with...
Read moreReally love this chicken - so moist and flavorful! I am normally super picky about the texture of chicken - wanting it cooked through which usually means not moist. But here it is both and very flavorful! Love the sides too. I just SO wish they also offered some kind of green thing, particularly Green Beans or Salad! I know Green Beans aren't Latin food, but I always feel like I am missing out on something green when I get the chicken meal. I went to Kroger yesterday and bought Salad stuff and then went here to buy a whole chicken to pick/shred to add to my salad. I think it would be smart on their part to offer a salad with some basic toppings for a price so that those that want that don't have to go somewhere else to get the salad part. And they could offer a cool Latin-flavored dressing, like Cilantro Lime (they have a great one like this at Hola Taqueria)! I think it would be a great add-on item! Sometimes I don't go here because I can't get something green. I give 3 stars for Service only because they aren't very friendly. They are super efficient, but no smiles, no welcoming spirit/feeling. I would not want to eat here...
Read moreTrain your employees to be respectful! I saw a customer come up and he did not like his Coke Zero. He said it tasted funny. The cashier (young female, on Sunday) appeared to give him resistance, but finally replaced it. The man sipped it and tried to say thank you, it tasted better. But the girl appeared to ignore him and I felt it was so rude.
Here is a business lesson: that man probably spent $15 on his food. He probably comes back once or twice a month. Which means $100 or more a year from him. As long he doesn't come up every day for a coke to be replaced, give him what he asks. It's dumb to build up resentment in your customers over such a tiny thing.
Otherwise, your food is amazing. But if I ever get bad service like that, I'll take my money to another business. Please learn customer service. Talk about it, and...
