The worst of the worst. Manager has a bad attitude and she does not need to be in the customer service business. What a loss to a great company.i will never eat there again and forget the food. The service is second to none .Too many places to eat in roswell with a lack of customer service. Why does Arbys have a manager in place there that does not care about the customer. Before leaving i asked her why she was never smiling and she said her teeth was hurting. I told her she must have sick days and maybe she should go home. Then she said i should leave .. over a 1.89 price of fries. That should have been 1.00 few minutes before. Also a customer that was eating there said earlier that day another employee was rude to her. A older lady manager . I hope corporate needs to clean up their messy attitudes. Some people are not representing the company's best interests and try to get away with poor service and treat customers badly.i remember the last time i ordered through the drive through and i forgot a second roast beef sandwich..that same older lady came running to the window and said you will have to drive around again and reorder. Read moreI ordered my food through their mobile app. I snipped the receipt just in case. Half of my order was missing. Kenna the manager said that I needed to provide a paper receipt. I asked how when I ordered from their mobile app. First I was told what was clearly on the receipt that I didn’t order that. Then I was told we were given everything. I requested that the cameras be pulled. After driving back and the portion at home now cold to add to insult Kenna had us pay for what was missing and said that was her GM’s rules. I then called their corporate complaints and was told they would issue me a refund of what I had to pay twice for. I am a Diabetic who had already dosed my insulin so I was in a pickle to say the least. I also explained that I am handicap. After much unneeded stress I have requested to not only speak to the GM but his/her boss as well. I cannot wrap my head around the fact that Kenna was insisting on me providing something that I was never given. A copy of the electronic receipt should suffice! I informed him I don't work for Arbies and I don't know what their policies or whatever is. I just want a Coke, ring me up so I can leave. I already wait 10 minutes for Tomas to finish chatting with his friend.
So Tomas still refuses to ring me up and says I'm being rude for not following Arby's protocol and gets the manager who refuses and says I have to follow Arby's protocol........
At anytime they could have put in a random name for their kitchen but, they decide to be rude and refuse.
Took my money to Chick-fil-A, took less than 5 min and no BS.
