Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Roswell

I would never recommend this place!!! The food might have been good, had we not waited so long for it and receiving it cold or melted(the blast and peanut parfait). Going through the drive thru we never thought we would be there for 45 minuets. The young male employee who was extremely rude to Fred the general manager(who seemed like he was lost and confused) and cheating the customers out of money and food and making faces and speaking disrespectful to his boss saying your to old and making jokes right behind him and admitting he forgot to add what another customer had paid for then saying "oh well guess she is not getting it" and laughing instead of adding it or making another. When they finally brought my food there was a french fry missing I told this same disrespectful worker we was missing a fry he said oh you wanted two? I replied yes that's why I bought two he replied I'll be right back. He never returned. So I went inside and he then again said I thought you didn't want them infront of Fred (the poor lost general manager) I called corporate I really hope they look into this situation. Its a shame to see and be treated this way when we could have gone to a fancy restaurant for the same price and we would have gotten better service and food. If corporate takes no interest in the way there name is being portrayed then they will loose a lot of good customers . These workers at this location makes DQ look and taste bad. Lemme save you the trouble, do not go here! Literally no one inside cuz done in is closed, and 2 cars in the drive thru. Asked to wait to take our order, why? There wasnt anyone there! Some old guy who couldn't hear thru the headset got the one blizzard we ordered wrong and we had to correct him. Waited in line 25 minutes for one blizzard. Was melted when we got it, good thing he didnt flip it, would have ended up in my husbands lap. And I know I ordered rocky road but come on, it had more peanuts than a jar of peanut butter! I wanted an Oreo blizzard plain and simple just vanilla and Oreos how hard is that but no couldn’t get that this isn’t the first time last time asked for a brownie blizzard and it had nuts of all kinds in it for all they would have known I could have been allergic. I’m not going to this location ever again you guys screw up my orders every time I go there I tried to give you guys the benefit of the doubt but not anymore I’m tired of hearing the employees excuses of why they screwed up my order and it would only one blizzard how do you even do that.
