Last 2 visits marked by unprofessional customer service. A month ago I stoped in after ordering my coffee ahead via the app. My son wanted a snack so I ordered from the cashier once inside. While waiting for snack to be prepared I grabbed my coffee. The cashier raised his voice and told me that I did not order that. I explained to him that I preordered it using their wonderful app. He looked confused but never apologized. A few days ago I stopped in and had a coupon in the app for a free pastry. I ordered my coffee, snack and pastry (cashier scans coupon) and usually the cashier fixes the pastry and hands it to you while you wait for snack from back. But he didn’t so I asked him if they were going to give it to me on the pickup side. He proceeds to say I didn’t order a pastry which I open my app again so he could see the coupon again. He confusingly fixes the pastry and hands it to me and says something to the crew in back. A minute later my snack is ready and I proceed to grab it and he says no I didn’t pay for the snack. I showed him my receipt and explained that $7 for a regular coffee is not right so clearly I paid for something. He reviewed the receipt as I pulled up the coupon yet again. After a minute or so he says ok. Again never acknowledging he made a mistake. The coupon I used loaded in the dunkin app automatically it’s pretty sad that workers are not aware before customers show up to use them. Ordered through the drive thru and the Indian guy taking the order (assuming he’s the manager) wouldn’t even let us finish talking before he would cut us off saying anything else? After rushing us through our order, he didn’t even tell us a total and just yelled at us to go to the window. He threw our food at us and snatched our card. Didn’t even give us a receipt for our order. When we pulled away the “iced caramel coffee with cream and sugar” I ordered tasted like I was drinking pure simple syrup. My husband went in and asked them to remake it, and the Indian guy who originally made it, cut off the lady working the front and rudely yelled “no free remakes”. The lady at the counter secretly agreed to remake the drink. While my husband was waiting for the drink to be remade, he overheard the Indian guy arguing with multiple other customers about their orders that HE messed up!! The girl who remade the drink didn’t put any sweetener or sugar or syrup in it. We ended up just going to Starbucks and getting a new drink. It put both my husband and I in a horrible mood to start our morning. And we have a coffee that we aren’t able to stomach that we don’t even know what we paid for it. This is by far the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever ever been to!! Just their lack of customer service alone is enough for me to advise everyone to go...
Read morePaid for a sandwich, coffee and a donut, I had to repeat the order to the server several time and i eventually wrote it out in a text message and let him read it..at this point the 4 or 5 people behind me just left. He charged me but gave me no receipt (out of paper). After a 20 or so minute wait (during which time i watched to server wipe sweat from his forehead while wearing the same gloves he was using to prepare food with or at lease shuffle the existing donuts about with) and once the folk in front of me had finished arguing about their order being wrong, i asked the person who appeared to be in charge where my order was..he told me i had not ordered a sandwich.. i showed him the change i had from the $20 that was now tucked safely in his till and he said that the server had not put the sandwich through, i reminded the server about his inability to take the order and even showed him the text message again.. sadly the lights were on but no one was home with this kid, (not his fault) i blame the person who hired him to work a cash register in a customer facing position.. THIS PLACE IS PATHETIC. i just left as im not going to lower myself arguing about a $10 meal with some desperate money grabbing clown who cant run a coffee shop. i will never be back to this dive.. it and the staff need a good Clean if it wasn't a franchise it would have closed...
