On June 14, 2023 I placed an order with this location via Uber Eats for a medium pepperoni magnifico at 6:39p.m. order #9DBE5. Upon the uber drivers arrival the pizza slid out of the box through the side which should have been closed properly. The uber driver and I reached out to Marcos with hopes of having the pizza remade due to an improper boxing error o the pizza. However, we were denied because according to the employee it was the drivers responsibility to ensure the pizza was secured in its enclosure prior to leaving the store. Uber didn't charge me for the order so I placed another order, #B078C, at 8:09 p.m. with hopes of getting another pizza. Hope was crushed that day due to the negligence of the employee. I was contacted by the new Uber driver that the employee made claim that my order had already been picked up. This resulted in my order being cancelled without warrant or explanation. I contacted Marcos to find out why they had given misinformation without verifying the time and order number on the newly placed order. No one could give me an answer only that they "thought" it was the same order. I have 5 years of experience working in food service so there was no plausible excuse they could give me for this negligence. I spoke to three different employees and no one could come up with a feasible answer. I asked for a solution to an issue the employee created and they offered to make another one however I would have to come and pick it up. I deliberately ordered through Uber because I was unable to pick up my own order due to me working an over night shift for the next 12 hours. I asked if the order could be delivered and was denied due to the claim of not being within their delivery zone. I work 11 minutes away from their location. After asking for the number for either corporate or the franchise owner to file my complaint only then did they try to accommodate me. Even that was an issue because I was going to have to wait until after 10:00p.m. for my order to be delivered when it should have already been delivered to me. The employees were not helpful at all and I still never received my replacement for their negligence. I had to continuously ask for the number to corporate or the franchise owner, which I never received, and they passed the phone around as if it was a game of hot potato. I filed a complaint on the website the same day and have not received a response. Read moreBad experience with this location. i called in for delivery a new team member picked up she gave me such a hard time she kept asking for my order multiple times i only ordered 4 things..2 garden salads and 2 orders of 10 count chicken dippers she then asked for my card information i provided it she then stated they don't take debit cards so i asked to speak to a manager he got on the phone asked me for my card number again i stated to him its a debit he said " it dont matter" ( rude) ..so then the driver gets here he called me and said i been driving all around i cant find room "404" which i never said that number!!.. he arrive with one salad one dipper box i told him order was wrong he seemed upset got in his car and slammed the door. i called the store told the manager whom seemed very careless he asked me so you sent the driver back ! i then asked him if my order is $20 already ill be paying another 20 for a salad and 10 count dippers the manager said uh yeah but let me look....which he had no ideal !!! on the website the (1)garden salad and(1) 10 ct dippers dont add up to $20 ! very frustrating will not order here again. Read moreI've been coming to this place for a couple of months and have loved every order, however today(May 1st, 2020) My pizza was very over cooked. It didn't looked that bad until I started to bite in the slice and the bread was very hard and falling apart. I'm never the one to complain, but I had to call the location(1590 Holcomb bridge road in Alpharetta) where I ordered the pizza to let them know that I had an over cooked pizza. I made the call at 9:23pm to report. The person that I talked to was very rude and basically told me that I was lying and said he couldn't do anything for me. He also said that I may have ordered it "well done." I told him that I didn't and I have my receipt to prove it. I was very calm the entire time, but I was just surprised that they did me like that because I've been coming to this location for a very long time.
