I hate doing reviews, but I decided to break my rule and write one for this place. Iāve had Starbucks almost daily for the better part of a decade. I recently moved to Milton and this location is one I frequented for several months. Something happened in the last few months and the quality has dropped through the floor. My vanilla latte was incorrect for an entire week. It almost tasted like they used different ingredients daily. It was watery some days and tasted like the used the wrong milk or sweetener other days. I typically have back to back meetings so I couldnāt give them a chance to fix the drink. I went that weekend and asked them for a caramel frappucino. It was again watered down. It tasted like they forgot entirely or did not put enough coffee base. I stopped going here entirely.
Fast forward to today, I gave them another chance. I asked for a caramel ribbon crunch frappucino. Again, it was watered down. It tasted like caramel, whipped cream, and ice⦠with almost zero coffee taste. I pulled up and asked them to redo it. The server at the window left, went over to talk to the person who made it, and came back, blaming the issue on their ice machine. There was plenty of ice⦠that was not the issue. They asked if I wanted another drink instead of offering to remake the frappucino I wanted. I told them āforget itā and drove off. I will not be coming back to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love Starbucks and go all the time wherever I am located. I always have an issue with this Starbucks whenever I go visit GA but itās close to my family and decided to try it again. I went thru the Drive-thru and ordered 4 drinks for my family. My drinks were wrong as I ordered passion tea lemonade sweetened but they were not. Then when waiting for my pike coffee it was given to me in a very crushed and loose lid causing it to spill on my brother in law as he passed it to me and I burned my hand. The barista at the window didnāt even apologize or seemed to care. I told him it was unacceptable to give a drink that way but he didnāt even answer. We had to ask for napkins since it didnāt even dawn on him to provide some. I asked it to be remade and needed a cup of ice for my burned hand. I couldnāt believe that this happened and there was NO response from the barista. If I didnāt have a show to go to I would of spoken to the manager but I just canāt believe that the worker didnāt even bother to care about the situation. Ā Ā Ā Read moreDrive through to get a brownsugar oatmilk shaken espresso drink, received my drink it was all one color with stuff floating in the bottom , when this particular drink you can see the layers of color between the milk and espresso, the drink tasted like sugar water, I came back through the line to get the drink remade it took over 20 mins just to reach front of the line , they took my old cup from me , the employee standing at the espresso machine making my drink proceeded to dump out some of my old ( wrongly made drink) out and make the new drink on top of it , the window employee was watching the other employee do this and said nothing , I decided to leave , without a drink, how would this next drink be any better, how are any of those actions acceptable??? I called the store to speak to manager he said he would have a conversation with him about it , still does nothing to fix the problem, I paid for an $8 drink that I did not receive!!!!!!!!!! And your employees clearing donāt know what they are doing ! I will not be returning to this location , and I advise others...
