It is with disappointment that I recount my recent visit to Railhouse Bar and Grill, an establishment that, unfortunately, left me with a negative impression due to the discernible preferential treatment exhibited by the bartenders.

Upon entering, it became evident that the bartenders were selectively prioritizing their service. Instead of adhering to a fair and orderly queue, it was disheartening to observe them promptly serving their friends while neglecting other patrons patiently awaiting their turn.

This practice of prioritizing personal acquaintances over other customers created an atmosphere of exclusion, leaving a sour taste in the mouths of those who were overlooked. The essence of a bar is to provide an inclusive and welcoming environment for all patrons, but the actions of the staff at Railhouse Bar and Grill conveyed quite the opposite.

While the ambiance and menu offerings may be appealing, the discriminatory service I experienced has significantly diminished my desire to return. I trust that this feedback will prompt a reassessment of customer service practices to ensure a more equitable experience for all visitors...

I visited this bar on opening night and was very impressed all around. They did a great job on everything! The outside is inviting with fresh new paint, plenty of parking & it's in walking distance to the train. When entering you feel welcomed into a friendly environment. Everyone is having a great time, laughing, mingling, sharing stories and cheering on their team of choice. (The Basketball playoffs were on when I visited) There was plenty of nice size TV's for all to view. The staff was eager to help, friendly and seemed like they actually wanted to serve you. The remodel makes the small space seem rather large. Its very clean with plenty of seating. There is also enough standing room for when the game was over and the juke box got turned on I was able to stand and dance. The drinks were done just right and your order is confirmed before pouring which is helpful as I may have changed my mind a few times on my drink choice. The prices were reasonable with daily specials as well to order from. I had a great first time visit here and will defiantly be back. I recommend this bar and grill to all looking to have fun, relax and enjoy...

My recent visit left much to be desired. Despite being a loyal customer, I couldn't help but notice the waiter's blatant favoritism toward my friend. The usual seamless service was replaced with a noticeable delay in responding to my requests, making the entire dining experience feel unbalanced.

I've frequented this place for its consistent service, but this time was a departure from the norm. The disparity in treatment raises concerns about the staff's professionalism and adherence to customer satisfaction.
