Will not be ordering from this place ever again!! I ordered 2 steak dinners and 1 sope to go. both steak dinners had spoiled meat. I brought it back and the lady that checked me out was very nice and apologetic. I told her I felt bad but I couldn’t let my family eat it. Then some other rude lady come over and has an attitude before she even says anything. She opens the container and smells the food in front of me and goes it smells fine to me. So I told her to taste it, she grabs it and is talking to the cooks, mocking me for saying it’s spoiled meat ( all in Spanish) she comes back and asks what I wanna do I told her I’ll take anything that is not steak. She goes but what if you don’t like it and decide to bring it back?? EXCUSE ME? I didn’t decide I didn’t like the steak… it was spoiled! She’s so rude and condescending. So I said fine give me my money back. Then another lady comes in (I think she was a head cook) and she tells me that maybe it’s the seasoning I don’t like. I told her no bc I order the steak dinner often and it never smells or tastes like that. She then asks me if she can make me something else and the rude lady interrupts and says no bc I’ll just bring it back. Finally I get my money back and I can leave took much longer than it should have. The rude lady made it a bigger deal than it should’ve of been. No need to treat a customer like that. I could’ve gone in there and raised hell or called the health department. I recommend rancho nuevo to my customers. NOT ANYMORE! Birria Jalisco will have my recommendation and business. Read moreThis morning my parents decided to go and have breakfast at this restaurant only to find a bad experience, first the waitress that I do not want to name because is not necessary was rude, my parents ask her about an item on the menu on the website, she simple said they don't have it, my mom replied if they can update the menu on the website because decided to have breakfast there because of this dish, the waitress told them to go to the store next door and speak to the owners about it (with a rude tone), so they decided to stay and order, after having their meal they went to pay and again asked the cashier (diffent girl) if there was a way to change the menu from the web that it wasn't a big deal but she would like to know what's on the menu before coming to eat, the waitress overheard this and started attacking them verbally, waitress:"if you have anything to say go to the store next door and complaint to the owners, there's nothing we can do and go on bye bye" " go with God and I hope you get what want because you only get things back depending just the way you are and bye bye", " it's people like you that make business bad". 🤔let me think It's not correct to treat your clients in this way, first you are getting business because of what you sell, if you dont have what you offer to sell its gonna be a reason to complaint, and if someone decides eat here even if the item they wanted is not available on the menu that customer deserves...
Read moreSo, this place used to be super super good. I have to say that while it is good, it is not as good as it use to be. Also, Service is just O.K. With the exception of this past Saturday night. When my husband and I arrived there were maybe 4 other tables, and 3 servers. Soon, we were the only ones left in the place. The server forgot my appetizer of guacamole, and I finally got it when I informed her I never got it. So, needless to say I received it after my food arrived. The waitress never came back to check on us, or provide refills. Finally, after sitting there for a long time I got up and asked for boxes, and refills. The server brought boxes, no refills, I had to ask for refills again. I like to support independently owned places, but the service was very horrible. I paid 15.00 for my entree alone, so I think I should get excellent service. Also, the owner was there, and she should have told the server to check on us. I can cut some slack if they are busy, but when we ars the only ones in the restaurant, it is just not acceptable.
