Been going there for years and loved it while under Joe and family. The place recently sold and I really hate to say this, but the new owners just don't know what they are doing. They have bartenders that have no clue about how to make simple drinks and popular shots. They are very slow as if they have no experience at all. These are BUSY lanes and they need good bartenders. They did not retain Maggie who was with Joe for years....just the best...great smile, attitude and FAST! They need to figure out a way to get her back....business WAY down now. Thanksgiving Tournament did not happen for the first time I can ever remember.....owner was out of town??? Bad move and hope they don't do that again. Food: They have always had a "specials" menu. However, now that menu can only be ordered and eaten in their restaurant in back and they will not deliver that food to your lanes, just the food you can order at the bar. The lanes and pin sets need a lot of work and now much worse since Joe left and lanes go DOWN for extended periods. We love the place and hope the new owners can figure this out. I would love to come back and write a much more...
Read moreVery disappointed with the costumer service at this place. we came in for new year's eve and saw that it was $4 per game. so my friends and i all paid the 4 dollars thinking we would all pay for a game we play. when we finished the first one it said to go to the counter to buy more. my sister went up and asked because it said per game so we thought they you could have as much people and you just pay for the game. the guy with the glasses had a rude attitude and put the number 4 in my sisters face and then the other guy exclaimed "you get a game , you get a game" and pointed at all four of us. we weren't trying to give them a hard time just genuinely confused on how their pricing worked. before they even helped us there was an elder asian women that needed assistance and they were also being very hostile and rude. she wanted to use a coupon that had expired and they threw the coupon out infront of her. then told her to come over aggressively and then also had our numbers in her face when explaining some sort of price. only good person there is matt in...
Read moreI came here on New Year’s Eve for the deal they were offering. It was $75 for 5 players for 2 hours of bowling, large pizza and a drink, which is a good deal for new years. No complains about the bowling, food or drinks - all were very good. We did have trouble finding balls that worked for us and two of us chipped a nail. I’m taking stars off due to the bartender being rude to my friend’s wife and our whole group was really off-put by it. She was frazzled after this. It was unacceptable customer service. We really enjoyed the bowling but the customer service from the bartender was really upsetting. I’m unsure if...
