I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE!!! I REPEAT...DO NOT EAT HERE!!! We were in town on business and ordered delivery service from this establishment. Upon receiving the order from the delivery lady, there was no plastic wear included, and when I took the first bite, all i got was a long, nasty hair with a hairball. I immediately spit it out and called the restaurant to inform them what had just happened. The man that answered the phone stated that his boss was not there and they had no one there that had long hair. I asked for my money back and he refused. He said "you order the food, I make the food, you eat the food. You get no money back. I make you another order". I told him I did not want ANY food from the establishment & I wanted my money back. (After all, who would even want to have more food made there after having a hair in it & now returning the food? Who knows what would end up in it now?) He continued to argue with me and tell me not one person that worked there had long hair. I informed him that I would be bringing the food back & I wanted to speak to the manager about getting my money back. My husband went to the establishment and the manager (whom I was actually speaking to the whole time...remember he wasn't there less than 5 minutes ago) was very rude and argumentative with my husband. He also made racist comments to him. In the end I got my money back with him shoving it at me & being a smart-a**. I would not recommend the restaurant to anyone!! The delivery and service is about as bad as it gets. And the food well....NASTY with no flavor...
Read moreI never thought I’d eat at this little hole-in-the-wall Asian restaurant tucked into a small shopping strip, just a couple doors down from the gas station. The street view isn’t exactly inviting, and the interior is pretty basic—but my mom LOVES this place. She’s here so often she knows the family who owns it, and it’s close to her house. One day I randomly agreed to pick up food with her, and… wow. SURPRISE—the food was really good!
Yes, it’s definitely overpriced for a casual spot. They charge like it’s a full-service sit-down restaurant, which is why I’m giving 4 stars for food—not because of taste, which is a solid 5 stars. I GET IT NOW, MOM!
I ordered for my family of four, and they did mess up my rice—gave me fried instead of white. But when I called, they were super apologetic and offered free food on my next visit. That kind of service earns 5 stars from me, even with the mistake. I think I’ll be back this weekend to...
Read moreAside from the horrible stench and the poor customer service, the food tasted like old cardboard. It was my first time there and the cashier had an emotionless stare while we looked at the menu. It smelled bad which was the first sign I should have left. Once we tasted our food at home, it was horrible. We had shrimp rice (the rice was sticky and undercooked) the shrimps were small and overcooked. And we had 3 orders of sesame chicken. The sauce was sour and the chicken and veggies were huge pieces in a very small tray. I paid extra for hot chili oil, and it was not spicy, and the chili was not the crushed pepper looking chili, it was a soggy soft chili in the oil. Overall, it was so disgusting, we didn't eat our food and we paid about $50 for all out food. Disappointed and nauseating, does not begin to describe...
