This place was entirely unprofessional and undoubtedly rude. The lady who had tended to me had given me the incorrect item and did not come out to what I had asked. I informed the lady of this politely and she seemed to have understand. I had asked for another item as well in which I had received and it came time to check out. The lady had informed me of the price and I was in utter shock as I had asked for a mango cup, corn cup and last lastly one scoop of mango ice cream and it came to $30!!! I had asked for clarification and she had charged me for the item that I did not ask for. She refused to remove it from the receipt forcing me to pay. I gave this place a try hoping to support a small local business, but I seriously regret it. The customer service is awful. The owner acts like she’s doing you a favor by taking your order, and if you ask any questions or mention something isn’t right, she gets an attitude immediately.

The fruit wasn’t even that fresh — some pieces in my cup were mushy, and the toppings tasted old. On top of that, they overcharged me without explaining the prices. When I politely asked about the total, the owner snapped at me and said “That’s what it is — if you don’t like it, don’t come back.”

I don’t know how a business can run like this and expect people to return. Definitely won’t waste my time or...

I came here expecting delicious Mexican ice cream/snacks. Right off the bat the lady working there was talking on the phone and didn’t seem to have no urgency to attend us. We ordered nachos with queso and jalapeños and one scoop of icecream. For those 2 items and 1 candy my kid wanted it all came out to $14! I was already shook about the price in itself compared to other Paleterias I can get a lot more with this amount. She took so long to prepare the nachos and she microwaved the queso.
