So, my boyfriend went to this location about five days ago and ordered a combo for himself cus I was working a double that day. I got home and he said that he couldn't eat his food simply because it was nasty. Like it had been sitting out for awhile before they gave it to him. Well, later on that night (2:30 in the morning, actually) he is getting sick! He woke right up and starting puking everywhere. I had to be at work at six in the morning and do another double shift that day so I really didn't have time to call the store to let them know what happened. So, I called two days later and the manager told me her name was Bionca and that she couldn't do anything because I didn't call the day or day after that this incident happened. She was cutting me off when I was trying to explain our problem and my boyfriend saw I was getting upset so he took the phone asked her what her name was. He said that we would talk to someone above her because she was being rude and causing a bigger problem. Then she said her name was B, she said "yeah, like Bie"....I couldn't help but to laugh. She wanted to be all rude and the moment he says we're calling corporate she has a new name. LOL. All I was trying to say was that they need to make sure they are serving FRESH FOOD at all times of the day. It's bullshit that he could barely eat his meal and he still got sick. Read moreOrdered online for pick up at 11:15AM today. Two pies, two wraps, 4 piece jalapeno bites and a three piece tender with a biscuit.
Pulled up at 11:05 and was told to park in front and they'll bring our order to our car. After 22 minutes, and three drive thru vehicles that had gotten THEIR food, I decided to drive thru to the window a SECOND time. Another 5 minutes went by and they handed me our bag.
At this point I don't trust that they got our order right, and a quick check of the bag confirmed they left out our two wraps. Had to pull through the drive thru for a THIRD time and they handed them to us. If I hadn't asked for ranch, which was on my order as well, they would have left that out too.
Not one person said they were sorry. Not one person offered anything additional to make up for the fact that it now has taken us a total of 38 minutes to get our food. Add the 12 minutes drive to get there to begin with and now I'm almost at an hour.
What was the point of ordering online? I thought it was to make this whole process faster. I was WRONG.
Get it together Church's. Hire more people, make sure your equipment is working, do SOMETHING otherwise your location should...
Read moreI went through the drive-thru to order for favor, The kid over the drive-thru told me the promotion they were currently offering to which I replied something to the effect of nah man I'm placing an order for a favor customer. As soon as I said that the manager came over the microphone and told me all deliveries have to be picked up from inside, I asked her why she said all deliveries must be picked up from the inside. I pulled up and went in to the restaurant, when I approached the counter I asked her why and she said it's corporate policy that all deliveries be picked up from inside. I attempted to explain to her this is not a GrubHub or Uber Eats delivery where it's prepaid and I do this all the time at their location and others through the drive-thru. As I started to explain that she got extremely irate and told me to get out of the store! Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable I look very much forward to talking this out with her regional manager and hopefully her sitting in front of me so she cannot weasel out...
