If you're looking for an all-you-can-eat experience where quantity laughs in the face of quality, CiCi’s Pizza is your promised land. For the price of a large latte, you get access to an endless parade of pizzas that taste like they were made by someone whose only qualification was “owns a microwave.” The Pizza: Imagine a cardboard box fell in love with ketchup and cheese. That’s the crust. The toppings? They’re there. Kinda. I once saw a pepperoni slide off the slice like it had somewhere better to be. But there’s a certain charm in biting into something and still not knowing what kind of pizza it is. The Pasta: It comes in two varieties: "mac" and "why is this here?" It’s soft. Not al dente. Not overcooked. Just... emotionally soft. Like it’s been through something. The Dessert Pizza: Strangely the MVP. Cinnamon rolls? Slap. Apple pizza? Confusing, but kind of a vibe. By the time you get to dessert, your standards are so low that a warm sugar glaze feels like fine dining. The Atmosphere: Bright lights, sticky floors, and the hum of teenage chaos. It’s a Chuck E. Cheese without the mouse and slightly more existential dread. You don’t go to CiCi’s for ambiance—you go because you lost a bet or you’re feeding 12 children with $20. Final Thoughts: CiCi’s is the culinary equivalent of a mullet: business in the front (pizza), party in the back (regret). But for the price? It’s unbeatable. You’ll leave full, confused, and strangely nostalgic. Would I go again? Yes. But only if I haven't eaten all day and want to hate myself just a little bit.

Update: Since my last visit, things have completely turned around! This place has definitely done a 180. The employees were working hard and stayed on top of everything. Management was welcoming, checked in with us during our visit, and even thanked us as we were leaving. The location also got a bit of a facelift—it looks great! We’ll definitely be coming back. ——————————-🍕———————————- We visited 6/12 at the four o’clock hour. You had two members of management present. However, they acted like regular employees. They were standing in a circle, joking around, flirting with the young girl working. There were flies in there. The tables were not wiped down after customers left. So people had very few tables to choose from to sit at. Plates and trash were left on tables and they were clearly visible from where the management and staff were standing around. There was no leadership was so ever, it was like a bunch of kids/friends hanging out. I was here about a week or two ago and it was totally different. The management on duty was wiping down tables and even called employees out when more customers started arriving. This group was total opposite and were not on top of anything. The pizza was getting low to the point that people were asking for the basic pizzas to be made. The trash and dishes were overflowing as the pic shows.

This is a family friendly restaurant where children are welcome. No adult beverages are available. In keeping with this focus, the pizzas are certainly tasty but not exceptional. The approach is good value and variety for families. Cici's Pizza has a courteous and pleasant staff, modest prices and is clean and well run. Their Covid strategy is in place, with no self service at the buffet. The staff makes your salad for you, serves you the pizza you select, and also any desserts. You are allowed to get your own fountain drinks. We enjoyed two Adult buffet dinners and one fountain drink. Dinners included salad bar, pizza and dessert selections. All of these are all-you-can-eat plans. Total cost was under $18. I recommend this place for its target market, you get lots of food at a modest cost in a family setting where children in particular are welcome.

Update: Cicis Pizza says to contact them, but their link on the website isn't working. Yall must know that you have awful customer service. I even tried to Email the General Manager from that location, but no response. Yall just don't care about customers and it shows.

Had a horrible experience at the Cicis Pizza in Round Rock TX. I placed an online order for a pizza and it was supposed to be a Alfredo with chicken and bacon. For some reason the online system sent it as just a Alfredo pizza with no toppings. I even had a witness to placing the order. I tried calling the store to see how I could get the order corrected. I was sent to a manager who said " it wasn't their problem. it was mine if i placed the order online." I asked if I could just pay for the toppings and pick them up, heck even as a salad bar charge and was told "no we don't do that. We're no going to sale you toppings" I asked if they could please remake the pizza and i would pay for the toppings if i can't just add the toppings and not waste the pizza. again was told no it wasn't their problem. They would charge me for a whole pizza. The manager on duty on 4/7/23 at 5:25pm was so condescending and rude. I am baffled as to when I was trying to even pay for the toppins and drive up to get them they refused to come to a common ground. Horrible customer service. We have been ordering from them on our pizza nights on a semi regular bases. Not any more. I placed the order online and it went in correct but somehow ended up not showing up correct. Why would anyone go through being treated like that if that wasn't the case. AWFUL customer service. seeing other reviews even saying...

Yesterday I decided to take the kids out for the first time after the pandemic. One of the was craving for Alfredo pizza, so we decided to go to Cicis. When we arrived at 6:00 PM, there were about 10 full tables.

After paying, we went to take our drinks. My son got Coke, but the mix came up like Sprite. He change it to HiC fruit punch, it looked like Strawberry limonade. The ONLY drink that had the right mix was the Orange one. The crew noticed but none went to address this problem (-1 star).

We are not picky, but you can tell there was no one cleaning up after the customers. The tables show other customers messes. The floor was not clean near the drink fountain and the bathroom direction. After finding a "clean" seat, we went to pick up our food. The bread sticks claws had so much grease on them they slipped from my hands. One of the crew noticed the struggle but did not solve it (-1 star).

The food was ok and they keep the pizzas coming after the customers (+1 star) One interesting thing was that my daughter heard a dog back coming out from the bathroom direction. That was weird.

I'm summary, the food quality is still the same as before the pandemic. However, the overall administration seems to be lacking leadership or the crew is too young to care (-1 star). As long as you are there as they open their doors, you should have a good experience. Otherwise, be prepared to deal with poor administration including cleaning your own table. I do hope they can get back to their prior pandemic standards or they will start losing customers. And that my friend, is a bad thing on...

Had to delete my previous review after our latest visit.

The quality of the food is abysmal now. They have completely forgotten what pizza sauce is and have decided to replace it with extra cheese. This altered the flavor of everything there, and not for the better. I felt like I went to a pizza buffet where they exclusively serve Cheesy Bread.

I tried some of the pepperoni they had and noted it tasted strange, so I asked for "normal pepperoni". The pepperoni I received was not normal- it was excessively greasy pepperoni Cheesy Bread instead. So I figured the problem might be someone is playing chef and thinks "everyone likes what I like, I'll make that instead of the recipe", so I ask for a pepperoni that doesn't have extra cheese.

So then I try this pizza and there's no sauce on it. My daughter confirmed all of her food had no sauce, too. I couldn't even eat any of this one because I knew it wasn't going to be something I enjoyed.

I forced myself to eat three slices of this cheesy bread pizza-substitute throughout our visit, but I couldn't eat any more. It was soggy with grease on top of not being pizza, and fell apart like bread soaked in water.

Part of the reason I liked to eat at Cici's was because it was consistent. Now it's all over the place depending on if the guy who knows how to make pizza right is there or not- and I can tell you he wasn't there today.

One good trip following this review won't be enough to bring my score up. I'm tired of the only consistency being the lack of it, and the 1/5 stays up until it stops swinging back and forth...
