Every time I go into this Dunkin Donuts they’re always “out of something .“ Example pulled up to the drivethru on Tuesday 5/8 around maybe 5:30pm or so. The young lady asked “what can I get for you?” I replied I will take 10 blueberry munchkins she paused, and said we are all out of blueberry munchkins. I said ummmm ok than I will take a blueberry glazed donut ...she paused again, and replied we are out of blueberry glazed donuts. I said ummm ok she proceeds to tell me we don’t have ANYTHING blueberry. I said ok well in that case let me get a toasted coconut donut ....wait for it...wait for it WE DONT have toasted coconut....At this point I’m agitated because anyone with a truthful bone in there body will tell you when your CRAVING anything you want it. You will drive to the end of the earth to get it, and truthfully I’m scared to ask for another flavor, but my son is laughing at my pain, and says mom ask them if they have a strawberry donut. So I shake my head I speak into the intercom, and I ask ma’am do you have strawberry frosted donut? The young lady says ummmmm please hold she comes back, and says you want the donut with/without sprinkles? My son says with she said oh we have it how many do you want? At this point I’m giving my son the evil mommy eyes because he’s got his donut wish granted, but I’m going home empty handed. I don’t understand does this store feel like after 4pm nobody will want munchkins, or anything blueberry/coconut. Does the staff not see when items are low I would think you would keep an abundance of items available for customers. Doesn’t availability go hand and hand with customer service. I only used this example because it was most recent .... this wasn’t the first time I have came here just to be disappointed by horrible customer service, burnt food, wrong order provided, or have my mouth watered for something specific be it donut, drink, muffin, or bagel and it’s NOT available. My suggestion STEP YALL GAME UP because the 2 DD stores in Cedar Park always has what folks are craving BLUEBERRY/ COCONUT...
Read moreWorst experience ever! I decided to go inside to order today because the day before I went through the drive through and the person taking my order was not helpful at all. She sounded like she did not want to be there and sounded like I was inconveniencing her by placing my order. When I I received my order yesterday I only got 3 munchkins in a single bag. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I thought it may have been me... but this morning inside the store was worse. It was 7:30am, there was a huge line inside and outside. The reason things were moving so slow is that there was no donuts were even set out (on the display shelf). One employee was not wearing gloves and was grabbing at the donuts for a person in the drive through. Crumbs were all over the front counter, where employees laid down the trays of donuts to try and find the one that the customer had ordered. The guy who took my order was wearing gloves but was frantically tearing through the plastic wrap to get to the donuts that had not been set out. He squeezed on the filled donut to make sure it was the right one. Yummy (sarcastically)! They had no idea where anything was! A staff member clocked in at 7:30 on the register at the counter and instead of helping with orders she literally was dragging her feet walking to the back. She obviously just woke up and didn’t want to be at work today. After what I saw today I won’t be returning and frankly this place needs to be looked into to make sure they are abiding by safe...
Read moreWe stopped to get coffee for my hubby (Dunkin is his fave) & some donuts for our drive home. The place was clean but dead inside; we were the only customers, but the drive-thru was busier. My hubby ordered his coffee & a Boston cream donut. I ordered a chocolate-covered cake donut (the plain one) which is my standard Dunkin order. The 2 girls behind the counter looked at me like I was crazy because they'd never heard of putting chocolate icing on a plain cake (not chocolate cake) donut before & only made chocolate-covered chocolate cake donuts (2 trays in the display). I got a plain cake donut & a box of donut holes (powdered & glazed with a request for more powdered than glazed but received a 50/50 split instead). My husband's coffee was okay but not his normal "WOW!" & could have been bought from a convenience store where it would have cost less & tasted better. His Boston cream donut was good but not the best but good. My donuts (plain cake & holes) were not what I was used to from Dunkin. The plain cake & glazed donuts had NO flavor, & the powdered ones were a bit greasy & had a weird taste...not like they were bad but just odd & not like powdered donut holes. I could have bought & enjoyed a bag of powdered them at Wal-Mart compared to my overpriced, blasé Dunkin donuts. Very disappointing & a waste of time & money. We'd never been there before & were just passing through; so, maybe they were having an off day. IDK, but I do know that our purchase was an unexpected epic...
