MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Round Rock

The store manager here is very inexperienced when it comes to running a store, she gave my friend false promises on hours and screwed them over badly , and my friend told them that whenever they tried to reach out to the store manager that she was responding to them at the start of working there but after a while and getting bumped down to only working one day a week for only 2 hours from what my friend told, the store manager wasn't wanting to respond back to them on anything because the store manager would keep scheduling them at a time they were unable to go in dued to restrictions conflicting with other people in their family's work schedules, my friend had reached out to the store manager to explain what was going on and that they were leaving and found another job that was willing to give them more hours then when they were working here, they were very upset about the fact that the store manager decided to hire too many people during grad opening and then decided after a month of working there to treat them like that, my friend told me as well that the store manager was always in a rush to get them to leave and that they were always making them go home early, my friend also told me that they couldn't use the group chat to ask for shifts to cover because the store manager wanted them to message her instead but it's hard to do that if she is always leaving them on read or not responding at all, i hope for the best for this location the way the store manager is...

I came last night, and even snapped a pic of my food because it was such a masterpiece!! When I shared it to FB, I got almost 30 responses lol.

Even tho I live all the way in Hutto, I make the trek here because it is such a cheerier, cleaner location. The staff is professional and kind, food will leave you bewilderpated at its deliciousment and cost effectiveness, and I tend to make friends here for some reason!!

But the larger reason I have been motivated to post is: I locked my keys in my car tonight! Being that I have a push to start, this should not have even been a THING!!

Preston, Jacob, and Kelsey more than made me feel at home. I have been very low on funds because I have been propping a few friends up financially, and didn't know what I was going to do to get my car unlocked at 10pm...without paying a GRIP.

Jacob immediately set about helping me search far and wide for my keys, both inside and outside..even getting on hands and knees to look under my car.

Preston sooo very graciously offered to use his car insurance's roadside assistance on me. I was so blessed by this, y'all have no idea....And now my friends are blessed by extension.

Not busy, yet I had to wait approximately 5 mins for the one person that was in front of me who was ordering salads. 4 employees working, not including the guy at the online order area. I got my pizza..mini, pepperoni, cheese.roasted peppers, green peppers, hamburger, spinach --and had to double check that it had been cooked b/c it was not hot. Something tasted off-- tried a piece of hamburger...yep, that's it. Removed all of them. I ate the pizza b/c I was starving and I just paid $12 for it.... Next time I will go to my usual place, via 313. I have liked MOD Pizza in the past but I will definitely not come back to this store. I would have rather eaten a frozen pizza and I don't eat frozen pizzas. All of the tables were dirty, the floor was dirty under most of the tables, the drink area was dirty and sticky. I know it's fast food but the people behind the glass had dirty shirts also. I hope this was just a bad day at this location. Girl that made my pizza was nice and the...
