My fiance went here with her sister a month ago and has been talking about how good the food was and that happy hour was poppin so we decided to check it out together after a day of home depot and bed, bath, and beyond (yes there was enough time). It was 4pm on a Sunday and not crowded at all, no surprise given the weird time. We split a queso and an order of birria tacos. We asked if it was happy hour and our waitress said no but they had $5 margaritas so you already know, we each got one. They were really good and not your standard frozen mix either. The birria was the best I've ever had. The meat and cheese was great and then with birria dip, perfect! The queso was good but not great but the salsa was fantastic. There was also a nice fun vibe at the restaurant and it feels way more authentic in terms of mexican food than anywhere else in round rock. We'll definitely be back for happy hour on a weekday and I'll prob do a Margarita rim with half tajin and half salt and pass on queso but otherwise, I may order the exact same thing.

Incredible authentic cuisine and beverages, front of the house class, relaxed atmosphere during the day. There were customers meeting with business clients and a fellow working on his laptop, all happy to be there, so this is good business meeting space. It was quiet and not noisy at all. Plus indoor/outdoor seating makes it very spacious for social distancing and privacy. This is the classier option [vs noisy and overcrowded coffee shop] for business amd social gathering. If you dont want lively nightlife interrupting your ambiance, go before 8pm or not during wknd events. The food is outstanding! Art decor on point, the artistry is truly unique and executed magnificently. Dropped by mid afternoon while getting my tires fixed. Great conversation with one of the partners and the bartender was on point with recommendations for food/drink. The employees seemed really happy to be there offering excellent friendly service. This place takes pride in what they do. Go see for yourself, your belly will be happy you did!

This place is nothing like the pictures in their ads. They make it look like fine dining, but the inside feels more like a Denny’s diner. The food was just okay, honestly, you can find better at a hole-in-the-wall for half the price and with much better service. The restaurant was nearly empty when we went, and now I understand why. What really turned me off (and guaranteed I’ll never be back) was the automatic 20% gratuity they tacked on $21.59 for our table of five adults. One of those adults didn’t even order anything because she had just gone through chemotherapy and wasn’t feeling well. That’s not a “large party.” That’s just a family dinner. To charge an automatic tip without asking is beyond ridiculous. I have no issue tipping. I always do, but I should be the one to decide how much based on the service. And the service here wasn’t good. For them to force a tip like that is tacky, unprofessional, and, frankly, ghetto. No wonder this place keeps closing and reopening under new names. We won’t be back.

Absolutely the worst Cinco de Mayo experience I've ever had in Round Rock, Texas. The food was incredibly disappointing. I ordered tacos that were so bad I couldn't even finish them, and thankfully, the waitress agreed to take them off my bill. The atmosphere was completely dead – no festive decorations, no drink specials, no energy whatsoever. It felt like any other Monday night, which is unacceptable for such a celebrated day. To top it off, I placed a to-go order for quesadillas and specifically asked for NO onions due to an allergy. When I got home, not only were they full of onions, completely disregarding my request and presenting a serious health risk, but they also weren't even cut! This made it even more inconvenient and frustrating. To make matters worse, I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to address this issue, and nobody answered the phone. This level of disregard for customer service, basic food preparation (not even cutting a quesadilla!), and food safety is appalling. Save yourself the disappointment and potential health hazard – avoid this place, especially...

Genuinely one of the worst dine-in experiences I've ever had. Music was EXTREMELY loud, which on top of the restaurant being packed meant that both my fiancee and the server could barely hear me, if at all.

This would have been tolerable if the service or the food was good. Unfortunately, for some bizarre reason, the server interpreted "verde sauce on the side" as "nothing on top, even cheese." That's not an enchilada. That's a roll of bread with chicken in it.

(Also what kind of Mexican restaurant has no salsa roja? I've never had an enchilada with verde sauce in my entire life.)

After promising to add and melt some cheese, instead of redoing the order, the server returned with the same enchiladas with chunks of barely melted cheese on top. I poured some of the verde sauce on top and the whole thing tasted like cardboard.

The only comparison I can make is that I felt like I was eating at a Chuck E. Cheese. My fiancee got a refund for my meal and we got a free dessert, but we left afterwards. The entire thing put me in a very irritated mood and I strongly doubt I will...

Horrible service. Let me just say , the food also is a bit bland but the service we received from Andrea was horrible. My friends and I were sat in her section and did not get greeted or anything for about 10-15 mins. It took another server to notice, tap her on the shoulder to tell her, only for Andrea to shake her head no. The hostess actually had to come back to our table to apologize about us not being seen before ANDREA finally walked over and said, “They didn’t tell me I had a table, what can I get yall?” Which was a lie, because I was hostess years ago and servers are given their sections at the START of their shift! From there the service was just even worst. Every time we asked her for salsa she would just bring an extra bowl without removing the old one, when we asked for more napkins, or anything she would say “one second!” Not one time did she come and check on us without us asking, ask if we liked our food/drinks, or nothing. My friends and I are big tippers, and her tip from us last night reflected upon her service, horrible! We won’t come back if...
