I had the worst take out experience ever today at this Panda Location #1879 in Round Rock,TX at 3pm. I went through the drive through and ordered my food when I pulled up to the window I was told my total. I had a coupon for one Free Entree Item when I handed it to the server Kayla G. she was mad I had it and only took a dollar off I politely told her it should take off one Free Entree which is $4 she slammed the window closed and got another employee to help her. She then gave me the right total. I handed her my debit card (I have a issue with my chip reader and forgot to tell her to swipe it manually) she open the window and angrily tells me "Ya UGH YOUR CARD IS DECLINED" I nicely told her "No Ma'am the chip reader is broken im waiting on a new card please manually swipe it" she tries again and hands me a receipt and my card. I told her " I knew my card should most definitely not be declined" she then threw my bag of food at me didn't say bye or ask if I need anything and SLAMMED the window close. I needed soy sauce and chili sauce so I knocked on the window she looked at me shook her hands in the air angrily and walked away. Her co worker opened the drive through window I told her I was still going to ask for Soy Sauce and Chili Sauce. Her co worker seemed to find something about that funny and handed me the sauces. I asked to speak to a manger and was told there is no manager. I told her that I never had such disrespectful rude service. Left this review so when you decided to go to this location know what maybe in store for you. Hope that manager can train there employees on how to be professional...
Read moreI ordered food through the drive through approximately a week ago and was over charged by $3.00. I checked my bank statement the following day(that’s when I noticed I was over charged) for a very small portion of food. I immediately called the store. I explained the issue to the Supervisor ( she said she was at that point in time). I asked for her name, unfortunately I forgot her name. She told me that she cannot do refunds unless I have the receipt, which I had already discarded the receipt earlier on that day. She took my name and number, apologized and told me that I was able to get a free plate the next time I come to Panda Express. Today 02/12/2021, I had an appointment in Round Rock so I stopped by Panda Express. Ms Fenty approached me, when I explained the situation to her, she immediately had a disgusting attitude and wouldn’t give me time to explain myself, nor was she trying to understand what I was saying. My husband then Stepped into the conversation and explained to her that we didn’t come here for free food, we came here because y’all over charged my card. I would never spend another dollar at this restaurant again and I wouldn’t recommend...
