I'm in shock at the way I was treated this evening. I placed an order to-go over the phone through the call center. I was charged $22.99 for a large, specialty pizza (pre-tax). Today is Pi day so there was a BOGO promotion which shouldn't effect the price. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by an older man. There is a digital ad above the register which lists large, specialty pizzas as $18.99. I asked the man about the price difference and he said he didn't know. He interrupted me when I spoke before abruptly walking away. A male, bearded manager came over and reiterated my total. I know the total is $26.51, I just don't understand how they arrived at the total since the pizza is $18.99. He told me taxes. Tax in Georgetown is 8.25%. I opened the boxes at the counter and questioned how the pizza was made. It was supposed to be with an olive oil base, not marinara. When I asked him about it, he told me they put oil on the pan to cook it, clearly NOT understanding why the order was wrong. He reached into the box of pizza and took the receipt (contaminating my pizza with his bare hands). I wasn't getting anywhere so I just paid so I could get the pizza to those who were waiting for it. He asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes. He gave me the credit card receipt. I asked for an itemized receipt and he said he couldn't print one. I asked about the receipt in his hand and he unfolded it, with a shocked look on his face, as if he didn't know it was itemized. If you didn't know, why'd you quickly snatch it out of the box?! The final straw was jumping through customer service hoops to be connected to the store after I'd left; the same man hung up on me when I asked for his name. Your childhood school cafeteria pizza EASILY out-pizzas this Hut.

I want the guy that was trying to convince me that these wings were not eaten to look at this pic. All I did was flip the foil back and this is how I found it. It’s too much going on with delivery services in general for me to take the risk of allowing my family to eat something that arrived like this. I worked in pizza for 7 years as a cook. So I understand the process of tossing the wings in the bowl. But I’m just wondering who would eat this. As a former cook the question asked to self is, would I serve this to myself? If I can’t answer yes I need to start over because I wanted my customer to be satisfied. This allows people to have the confidence to return. I don’t have that confidence right now, especially after going back and forth with the employee who thought it was a better idea to explain to me that the chicken was not eaten off of it was merely tossed in the bowl to apply the sauce. In all the years I’ve worked the customer is right. And I understand a lot of people abuse that but I promise I’m not one. I’ve spent most of my time serving so I couldn’t allow myself to become one of those customers. I also understand that the way to avoid this is to cook but in reality sometimes the time is not permitted. So I’m wondering if this makes this generation of servers feel the attitude of take it or leave it. But in reality the shoe will always end up on the other foot eventually. So treat it like it was for yourself. Everyone wants to give themselves the best...I hope.

I would first like to say that I didn’t want to write this review, but customer service gave me no choice because the problem was never resolved. I gagged when I pulled this out of my mouth. It nearly cracked my tooth. I have no idea what it is. A seed! Maybe. But, it doesn’t crunch—it’s hard as a rock. I ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, black olives and peppers. What I got was disgusting to say the least. Had pizza hut resolved my issue by giving me a refund, or at least apologizing, this review may not exist. I owe it to other customers to read this. The manager told my husband that we were liars and that they don’t have seeds in their pizza. Well, duh!! No one put this there! I’m sure it was an accident or something happened where this ended u in the sauce (as it was covered by toppings), or something else. It happens all the time bc no restaurant is perfect. All they had to do was issue a refund (I believe it was only around $26, and I would be on my way—definitely not eating a pizza hut pizza for a long time. Unfortunately they told us to call pizza hut corporate, and no one has gotten back to us after weeks. Ridiculous. Do not go near this place. I don’t respect someone who doesn’t own up to a problem and figure out a solution.

On 03/22/2023 we ordered online for pick up at the 620 location in Round Rock. When I arrived in curbside I waited 15 minutes & no employee came out to greet me or ask for my order even though I know they could see me because I was looking right at all of them. Another vehicle drove up and parked in curbside next to me. They waited about 10 minutes before an employee came out to greet them. After the employee took care of them they never acknowledged me or anything. I waited another 10 minutes and then decided to go inside. I went inside and no employee was there to greet me even though they heard the door chime that someone had entered. After waiting 5 minutes another person came inside to pick up an order. An employee immediately magically appeared and helped them before me. After that person left the employee hesitated to acknowledge me or help me. When the employee did acknowledge me they weren't pleasant at all. I asked them if they had an order in my name they told me they didn't. I asked them to check my husband's name too and they told me they didn't with an attitude. They then said with an even more attitude they didn't have any orders for anyone with my last name. As I returned to my car I found out my order was actually at the Mays location in Round Rock. When I arrived at the Mays location I was greeted right away and received my order quickly. I was glad my complete order was still hot too. The employee that helped me really cheered me up after my terrible experience at the 620 location. The customer service really sucked at the 620 location and we go there often at least once a week, sometimes even twice a week. We have never had a problem but this particular day I had never seen all of those employees there either. I didn't get any of their names but I remember all their faces. I will never go to this location again, I will go to Mays from now on even though it's further away...

Upon entering I notice no one in the front and the door bell sounding off in the back alerting the employees of a customer. I thought to myself they're probably in the back busy and will be up here promptly. I wait 10 minutes and within that 10 minutes I start noticing they are back there laughing and carrying on. So within the next 5 minutes I repeatedly open the door to see if they hear it so they can probably put a intelligent thought between all of them and go up front. I call out, knock and even shake their bucket of pens like a homeless person in attempt to get service!! NOTHING! I observe a door so I proceeded to open and to my luck and their dismay it is unlocked so I peer in and notice a female employee leaned over with her back to the door on her phone. I call out, knock to her politely and it falls on deaf ears(had earphones in). So i proceed to enter this prohibited door to laziness and lalaland into her view. Meanwhile in the other room where the other male employees were carrying on and having comedy hour on company time notice me and I make them all aware how I was up there 15 minutes with no one showing up. I could have stolen their register, or whatever else wasn't bolted to the ground. As I'm explaining my presence I could hear an unkept male employee yapping his pickle sucker in the back about how I went back there. I told them all how if someone would have been doing their job I would have never found the need to go back there while he's still barking rabidly back there. I will also be reporting this...
