Went there to eat lunch and used the app for a contactless mobile order and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the service which had me in and out the door in under 3 minutes. 5 stars for convenience and service, and the fact they don't charge for extra sauces. Looking at you bush's chicken 🤦🏻♂️ 3.5 stars for the food, the fries were firm and some had that crunchy texture. The chocolate frosty was bomb and the chicken nuggets are in-between mcdonald's and burger kings nuggets. My ratings on the tastiest sauces that wendys has to offer in order that I enjoyed them. Sweet and sour - perfect blend of light and not too overpowering sauce. A+ S'awesome sauce - kind of like a canes sauce I think it's thousand island with mayo. A Creamy sriracha- as the name would suggest this sauce is extra creamy and has a kick of spicy but it's not a lasting spicy. This is the wendys most spicy sauce, if you like extra extra spicy, you probably won't like this sauce because it's not that spicy. B+ Butter milk ranch- not much to say, it taste like ranch dressing. B Bbq sauce- way to tangy not enough sweetness to this one. D- Honey mustard- it tastes like rubbing alcohol so I'm gonna have to say this one is a pass from me. F

But this is potentially putting people’s health at risk so I would feel like I would be doing a disservice if I didn’t post this. I ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich from the app to pick up in the drive thru and when I just so happened to look down while I was eating at home, I noticed a dark spot on the bread,, immediately my mind went to mold,. And from the photo I think it’s pretty obvious that’s what it is cause I cannot comprehend what else it could be? Anyways I know that small mold like this isn’t going to kill a person but it’s a mystery to say how much I consumed of it before I noticed it that concerns me. I call the location to just ask for a refund and the reason why, it must be a communication issue or something because I kept telling her that I just wanted a refund, and instead just kept asking if I wanted another sandwich,,, which obviously I do not want if I just found mold in the bread??? Yeah so I gave up on that but figured I should at least write a review to let others know of the seemingly low food inspection of quality at this location before they choose to buy...
Read moreBad service, and poor management. Food was aight, but got my order wrong. Your soft drink dispenser is out of syrup for almost all the drinks, there is no tea in your lobby. You're also out of plastic lids. There was no one else in the store when we came, but yet we waited like 4 minutes until someone came to the front to take our order. The manager dumped the new guy on cashier duty and he was unsure on how to do anything on the POS system. (He could not find the value menu) He didn't ask the manager for help nor did the manager show him how to do anything apparently. As someone who is former employee, I expect the manager to do better and teach your employees how the system functions.
