I’ve been a loyal customer of Ni Ni Bakery for years, but today’s experience left me shocked and upset. I was treated with an incredibly rude attitude—pushy, unfriendly, and dismissive. All I wanted was to place a simple cake order, which would’ve taken no more than two minutes.

When people order cakes, it’s usually for something meaningful—a gift or a celebration with good wishes. Naturally, we want to take a moment and choose with care.
