Update 9/8/2017: I'm leaving my old review down below because I think it's important to recognize improvement. This Taco Bell used to really suck, but they've done a great job of improving. They've hired some new employees who are friendly and don't make nearly as many mistakes as before. I'm glad I gave them another shot.
My old review: I like Taco Bell's food, but the drive through at this location is absolutely horrible. They require very slow, painstaking explanations of every order with absolutely no changes, even the most simple ones. One example: Today, I asked for "a grande scrambler combo with the Pico on the side and a large diet Pepsi". These were my exact words. I said it slowly and clearly because I've learned from my past experiences. At first, they had no idea what I was talking about. I had to explain it to them. Maybe nobody ever orders this, so they didn't know they sold it? They finally found it, but thought that I wanted extra Pico on the side. So I had to explain that I didn't want Pico on the scrambler. That part wasn't too bad, but then I realized they had only added the scrambler, not the combo. They messed up several more times before I finally just said, "Let's go with that you've got and I'll go somewhere else for the rest." I had to tell them twice that I didn't want them to fix all of their mistakes before finally just driving to the window of my own volition. This wasn't the first time I've had an experience like this. In fact, it wasn't even the worst experience. If you have the patience of a saint and plenty of time to spare, by all means, patronize this Taco Bell to your heart's desire. Otherwise, probably best to steer clear.
Update: There's been no improvement as of this morning (3/25/17). Don't know why I bother anymore. This Taco Bell can't seem to hire a single person capable of operating a drive-through. How hard is it to understand the words, "Grande scrambler" when it's a regular item on your damn menu? This has to be the worst Taco Bell in the nation and should probably just be permanently closed. 6:30pm on a Wednesday, placed an order on their app. Arrived at the location and all the interior lights and signage lights were off. The drive-thru lights were still on. Pulled up to the speaker, told them I had an online order and was told they could NOT complete my order. The lady told me that they didn’t have anything prepped on their line and couldn’t make anything from my order. I asked if she could cancel my order and was told I had to go back into my app and cancel it myself so I could get my money back. She told me to call other Taco Bell’s to see if they could make my order. This is not the first time they’ve “run out of food” due to lack of preparation by the employees. Placed my order again through the app with the “order again” button at another location but the app didn’t copy my customizations from this order even though it showed all my customizations under my previous order. Read moreMULTIPLE COMPLAINTS! I don’t understand, usually from this location the food and service are both top tier. UNTIL today, It was nowhere near closing time and I put a mobile order in for pickup. I then had to proceed through drive thru to collect my meals. 1. The drinks were wrong, I ordered a coca-cola and a rootbeer I ended up receiving 2! Rootbeers. Secondly, I ordered 2 Chips and queso but I received 2! “Twisted cinnamon chips” which were BOTH STALE. My meals weren’t completed correctly, the taco shells seemed like they are pretty old or have been sat out throughout the day, my whole meal in general was just a disappointment, my guacamole was watery. It was like these workers knew what they did and just went with it, I hope this turns around quickly. I attempted on getting the employees attention to get things fixed and maybe I wouldn’t have had to do this review BUT instead they looked, and ignored me.
