Fixitup Repair — Local services in Rowlett

Please don't waste your time bringing any business to this place. I went there because my S22 had the problem with the charging port, I got there as soon as they open at 10 am. Door is open, a guy came to the front and ask how could he help, really nice guy, I explained the problem and he said most likely the charging port is dirty. I asked how much to repair the issue and he said $20 , I said ok He went to fix it 10:05 am manager comes in and went to talk to the other guy. he comes back and tell me that the price is not $20, They charge $40 for that but because the other guy gave me a price of 20 he was going to charge me $30. He said he shouldn't have talk to me, he is only a tech, I said well I agree to $20 he reply well I would take $10 dollars from his salary. I said you are wrong doing that, I will give you your $30 dollars. I did that because the other guys was very helpful. Then the owner wanted all kind information from me even the place I work. Please clarify if you have Apple care or file an insurance claim and get a NEW PHONE, before hastily bringing your phone for service here is not worth it! Even with a receipt, within 30days, if there’s any fault they’ll blame your device or say you have to many apps open therefore it’s effecting the speed on how your device works. I’ve brought back my device twice. The first time the touch screen was not working half of the screen was working the other half not. The second time my screen lifted and a bottom portion life then cracked. The glass or material used is cheap and though it took less than 15mins the reality is they have no desire of honoring anything in the “warranty,” Also they charge differently than on the phone depending on if you pay cash or card. Rate: 3 star Phone had openings & wasn't fully sealed after screen repair, however I was asked to bring it back. Service was great.

After a few days I took the phone back as requested and they fixed the bulging issue. Customer service here is definitely a 5star for me, as well as pricing. They also didn't make up any problem with my phone that wasn't there as some other phone stores had done in the past. They are very professional. I will recommend this place based on my experience.
