Heat Pho Thai Cuisine — Restaurant in Roy

What threw me off was after I had purchased almost $70 worth of food and drinks from this place and the lady still demanded a tip. She wouldn't start without a tip. Rude.

2nd. I like my papaya salad shredded but instead I got chunks.

Pho. Ehh no. It tasted more like it just came out of noodle bag.

Basil Chicken. No. It was made too oily and sloppy for me.

I love hole in the wall places. Bad service but great food, I can handle 😆 but bad food and poor service is a no go for me. I'll pass on this place.

Where’s the beef? 2 stars for the broth. Ordered the pho and was disappointed in the lack of meat received. We ordered it to go and after opening the box with the meat, bean sprouts and leaves; I was saddened to see there is barely any meat to put in the pho. I would not recommend this to anyone who has had pho and knows that you should get a decent amount of meat to go in your broth. The food has been good lately. The owner’s sister works it all by herself and she doesn’t really speak English so please be patient. She cooks, preps, cleans etc all on her own. She (the sister) makes it authentic. The owner is the reason why there are old bad reviews. She would tell each customer 10-15 mins even when it added up to an hour wait.
