Buddy's Pizza — Restaurant in Royal Oak

I’m really trying to like this Buddy’s, however, they’re making it rather difficult. The pizza has a tendency to be stale sometimes, if not usually cold.

They messed up my order last time, so tonight I went back to try again. When I arrived, half my order was ready, the other half they FORGOT TO MAKE.. they were just like “oops.. that’ll be five more minutes.” Twenty-five minutes later I walked out with my food, half of which was ice cold due to it sitting there while the other half of my food they forgot to make was getting made. No apologies, no acknowledgments of the mistake, the only thing the guy said to anyone about my food was “next time don’t give him such a big side of sauce” to his coworker in response to them giving him my side of sauce that was apparently bigger than it was supposed to be.. like, nice.. good to know you preferred me getting the small sauce, especially after all this.

I don’t know what is going on at this location but it’s honestly so disappointing. How do you forget to make half of someone’s order? The worst part about it is I went in there tonight to make up for getting the wrong order last time I went.. as a business owner, this is no way to...

I placed an order for the family meal deal at the Royal Oak location (large pizza and Greek salad) at 5:11pm and was told 45 min. I show up at 6:10, wait in line to pay and then am told it will be another 10 min bc my pizza is cooking. I wait 20 min and then the guy hands me a small pizza. I say, this isn't mine, I had a large and a salad. He calls the manager over who says I'll refund you your money. I say, well I want a pizza-the one I have been waiting on. He says no one printed your tickets or made your pizza. I say fine, how about the salad I ordered (Greek), along with a second salad (asked for antipasto) so that my family has something to eat tonight. He says okay. Turns around and bags the salads up. I get home to find 2 antipasto salads (I don't eat meat which is why I ordered the Greek.) I will not be back. So unorganized. They only ask for first names, instead of maybe a name AND a phone number, so that they can keep track better. I will...

I ordered an original veggie with daiya cheese tonight on the website. It wasn’t till I got home that I realized they gave me a pepperoni with dairy cheese. Legit the opposite of what I ordered. I called and the girl said sorry and said to come in for the remake. I came in and got the pizza I wanted just to find out that it was cold. It probably was the original pizza I ordered that wasn’t given to me. No way was that a remake. I didn’t even bring up that it was cold because they have failed at everything tonight and I’ve been waiting for an hour for my food that they can’t seem to get right.
