Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Royersford

I called in to order carry out on a Thursday night. Saying that this place was in a state of pandemonium and panic is the understatement of the year. The woman in front of me, her order got lost TWICE. They had to make her pizza, 1 single pizza 2 times. After 30 min. she finally got it. People were running around with no direction. Orders were being missed and some were made twice. I showed up and was told my order was paid for. I could’ve left it at that but trying to live better now, I told them that I never gave any payment info. It took them 15 min. to realize someone else paid for my order. I was told my order would take 30 min. From the moment I hung up the phone, to when I left the store with my pizza was 52 minutes. What makes this review 4 stars is that the manager was very open and honest in telling me they messed up. He didn’t sugar coat it, or lie and try to blame anyone else. He took ownership and apologized. He also took 50% off my bill and all in all, the food was great. They need to get their s* together down there though,...

This location's delivery service is 5 star for sure but when it comes to getting your order correct, seems like they just throw stuff in a box and quickly deliver it to you. Yes I want a DEEP DISH Pizza please. Ok we will throw a piece of cardboard in a box and throw some toppings on it and you can call it whatever your heart desires, but we will get it to you in 20 minutes nice and hot. Food was hot but the taste is bland and boring just like eating a hand tossed piece of cardboard. Don't order from here or any other pizza place in Royersford, they all suck and they are laughing at us all the way to the bank. Ha ha you fell for it. Yeah you feel tricked. No wonder nobody in my neighborhood has not ordered take out in the 8 years I lived here. Better off making your own pizza , because all of the pizza places score an F. Money and profit over quality. The worst customer service. Have had several bad experiences. First one my order was delivered to the houses across the street, took forever to get a hold of someone she tried telling me it was delivered to my house and I said no it wasn’t! The neighbor called and said we didn’t order domino’s (bc of Covid it was a drop an go) so next time I picked up my order she didn’t get my order right I only ordered a large an medium pizza I only received a medium!!... so figured I’d give them one more try.. had family over so ordered at 6:00.. 7:00 still was in prep on the tracker so I called an they said I’m one of the next to be baked should be delivered within the next hour.. so 7:30 came was still in prep!! So I called to cancel I said how much longer he said oh well there’s still 8 in front of you an a driver with a flat tire so it will be another 3-4 hours!!!!!!! Yes 3-4 hours for delivery an 1.5 for pick up!!!! HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!!! Will not be going...
