Not sure why the customer service just keeps getting worse at this location. Love Arby’s, but this location is horrible. The cashier walked away in the middle of us trying to order our food. After our food was ready the cashier that came up front said “I think everything’s there” and walked away. One of the orders was a French Dip meal which was rang up with a medium fry. To which the cashier argued saying we were wrong and it doesn’t come with fries. Yet the receipt stated it did. The root beer float was also missing and when given it was melted. To which the cashier wet again argued and said it’s supposed to be melted and not have any ice cream texture and they will not remake the root beer float. She then continue to to tell us we need to quit being wrong. Last time I checked this is the incorrect way to conduct yourself in a customer service role. You are to NEVER argue with a customer. I didn't get a receipt, when I mentioned the last time when I didn't get cheese on my $8 beef & cheddar & I opened the sandwich showing her how they're was barely any on the DOUBLE BEEF & CHEEDAR I ordered she just said do I want to use the same card I just bought my $16 meal with. No sorry, no nothing. I don't even know how much anything cost bc I didn't get a receipt. This is unacceptable & I will now drive 20 extra min out of my way to go to a different store. After being in the restaurant business for over 20 yrs I expect SOME issues, but not even being able to check how much I was charged for anything I got or being able to find out who I was dealing with that had such a blaze attitude about anything I said is 100% unacceptable & I will find a way to contact the store & get this sorted out. Read moreImmeasurably underwhelmed. This is the smokehouse brisket sandwich, or at least what I ordered and my receipt said. . This was undoubtedly the worst sandwich I've had in the last several years. As you can see from the picture evidence, this is merely a couple slices of what I can only assume to be canned meat. Haphazardly squirted on fake cheese that only served to dampen the already moist bread that tastes like soggy onions. It's pretty cute how they almost attempted to brown the bun and failed miserably. I contemplated throwing the entire meal in the dumpster, unfortunately for me, I was starving. In order satisfy my hunger, I proceeded to tear half of the bun and place the small amount of canned meat onto one side. Luckily, the poorly placed cheese made it easier to get it on the edible side.
