After over three years of disappointment, I’m afraid it’s time to share my honest experience with Milano's Pizza and Italian Food. I really wanted to love this place, especially since it’s a local spot rather than a corporate chain, but repeated visits have left me feeling underwhelmed.

I’ve tried taking out pizza and pasta several times, hoping each new order would be better than the last. Unfortunately, the results have largely been the same. The chicken consistently tastes like it’s been doused in liquid smoke, which is just not what I look for in anything Italian . As for the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, it was bland and watery—though I will say the cheese on top was a standout.

The thin crust bread was the best thing I've had, which is a shame because I expected more from their pizza. The crust itself was quite lackluster and didn’t deliver the flavor or texture I’ve enjoyed elsewhere. It seems like what used to be a beloved local favorite has lost its touch, and it’s disappointing to see.

Delivery, on the bright side, is reliable and the delivery personnel are always friendly, which I appreciate. However, that alone isn’t enough to redeem the overall dining experience.

In conclusion, if you’re considering Milano’s, I suggest opting for the cheese bread for the kids and saving your money on the rest. I genuinely wanted this restaurant to be better, but sadly, it just hasn’t met expectations. Here's hoping they can turn things around...

It has been a while since I have been surprised by a restaurant but this place took me by surprise. The dining room had that old school pizzeria feel to it like from when I was a kid or in college but the food is where it is at.

I had the small Supreme pizza and my daughter had the spaghetti w/ meatballs. The pizza was outstanding. The crust was cooked perfectly, not to crunchy and not too doughy. There was just the right amount of toppings and cheese for a Supreme pizza and all of the topics were fresh; truly spot on. I has a few bites of my daughter's spaghetti and it was just a quality as the pizza. The noodles were cooked just right and the sauce was spot on as well.

This is my new favorite...

Tried to use a coupon that was supplied to buy the store for a delivery. Wanted to order a couple of pizzas. Coupon did not cover specialty pizzas. I ordered a three topping ham pineapple and black olives. They would not allow me to order that because it was a specialty pizza., no it's not a specialty pizza it's a three topping pizza. Besides that your specialty pizza is a Hawaiian with only ham and pineapple. I had black olives. I don't know what the problem was. You lost me as a customer I don't care how long you have been there. And look at your website it's a picture or video of some guy dancing around probably the owner. Not very...
