We wanted to give it a shot since it’s a new local business. I got the biscuit and sausage gravy and grits with cheese and bacon, a plain biscuit, and a bacon egg and cheese. We got our bags and drove away to find they gave us the wrong biscuit and my grits weren’t in the bag at all. My husband turned around and he went inside and told them. He gave them the receipt and she took it to someone else and then brought the correct biscuit and grits. He noticed the grits didn’t have the bacon and cheese on them that we paid $1 extra for so he told her. She took it back to the other lady who he overheard saying “Why didn’t you tell me it had cheese and bacon?” And the other lady said “Well HE didn’t tell me.” Um, ma’am..you took the receipt which clearly had what we ordered AND got our order wrong in the first place. Maybe don’t speak loud and be rude where customers can hear you. It does not make a good first impression. Food was just okay and biscuits were a little dry. The cheese on the grits...
Read moreWe just moved to the area in December and have wanted to come here for awhile. This morning we decided we would come go thru the drive thru. We ordered our food and I got a large coffee with caramel, I forgot to say cream at the speaker so I asked when we got to the window. I didn’t know how the cream came, I didn’t know if it was the small individual cups or like some places have different flavors and add it themselves. When the lady at window asked how much cream, I apologized for forgetting and started to ask her how it came and before I could get out what I was trying to say she (older lady with all the Ga stuff on) started shaking her hands and said, “I just need you to hurry up and tell me how much you want!” I then said, “well, I don’t how how it comes!” So I told her just to give me a cup of it. That attitude was enough to not want to go back honestly. Everyone liked the food but I cant say I’ll go...
Read moreDon't go here. My wife had to drop something off to someone in Royston and so she stopped by Bubba's to grab breakfast and drop a biscuit off to me at work. First of all the price, approximately $17 for three biscuits. That's crazy, even in the current age of inflation. Secondly, she got three different biscuits and all three were dry and almost inedible because of that. Country fried steak, pork chop, and sausage, egg and cheese. The biscuits were uniform in size and shape so even though the menu says made daily from scratch with love I kind of doubt it. I ended up tearing my sandwich apart and just eating some of the sausage and my wife choked down the country fried steak. Both of us tried the pork chop biscuit and decided that when she got home she'd throw it out to the dog. We have a stream in our backyard so he'll be able to...
