Ok, so letās start with me walking into restaurant. Not one other customer was in there. No employees were visible either. I then looked back towards the door I came in and spot this young employee, who was clearly on her cell phone. Then the phone in the restaurant begins to ring. So after 6 or 7 rings she finally gets up walks over to answer the phone. Apparently someone was calling one of the two employees that were not seen by me initially, because they were outside smoking. (And the female employee was vaping also while on her cell phone and while trying to ignore me) So then said female employee had to go find one of the guys taking a smoke break to come answer the phone. Now by this time I had been in the restaurant for around three minutes. Then when the female employee FINALLY came to take my order, all I got from her was āyeaā!!! So I had to ignore that rudeness and try not to snap at her. I was greeted the same way two days earlier. So I finally placed my order and I paid for it with a debit card. So when my one item(hot ham & cheese) was ready she just walked over to counter and basically threw the bag on counter then turned and walked away. The ācooksā once the one young man got off the phone they both went back outside to finish their break I presume. She has had this terrible attitude on MULTIPLE occasions. If she hates her job so bad maybe she should quit. However I wouldnāt recommend her going to apply for a āgreetersā job at Walmart because she would be terrible at it!!! I didnāt see a name tag at all. She is a black tall young lady probably no older than 19-22 years old. Wears glasses and has long fake blonde dreads. I just felt her attitude was the worst!!! It just feels like if you are a customer and you take the time to get out of your vehicle and walk inside to order and after 3 or 4 vehicles pass by the entrance doors place their orders then all 3-4 vehicles get their food extremely fast compared to a walk in. After having the door locked as we started to walk in at another fast food place, my handicapped passenger and I went down the road to this Hardeeās. I donāt often eat beef, but my passenger likes burgers so I thought it would be ok option. After going in and standing at the counter for an extended time I finally asked the lady in the drive through if she can take my order, her response was āmaybeā. ..... uuuhhhh? Then she proceeded to tell me that my passenger must wear a mask or we have to leave. The employee had her mask UNDER her chin the entire time Iād been standing there and while she was talking to me!!! I informed her that he is unable to and she proceeded to tell me we have to leave. I told her that medically he cannot. She finally said ..well ok then but itās our rule. I ordered the cheeseburger meal for my handicap passenger as he sat at a table. Then I tried to order chicken. The employee said āwe are out of chicken, no chickenā. š Finally I just ordered onion rings because nothing looked appealing.
Then as we waited for the food she kept staring at my companion. I finally asked her ā is it ok that we ordered and need to sit here to eatā. She got all excited and said ā oh no!! You must leave as soon as your good is readyā. I tried to tell her we need to sit and eat because he cannot eat this food in the car and itās too cold to stand outside and eat in the dark.
She was very rude about the whole thing point at a dirty dog eared torn sign taped to the counter that, seriously, I never looked at. The employee kept saying ā you must leaveā. I told her if we canāt sit then I probably donāt want the food because my companion is handicapped and unable to stand out in the cold and dark to eat. She did not care. She just went on saying how ā in this town thatās all youāre going to getā.
Thatās when I gathered my companion and walked out. I didnāt even want to deal with her any more- not even to fight...

I'll get to the point now. I went inside the Hardee's in Royston GA to place my order. An employee was taking inventory of items in the area where the drink dispensers are in the drive thru. He had pulled out a box of large tea bags to count them. He took all the bare tea bags, they were not sealed in any outer bag, and put them one the floor to count them as he put them back in the box. I've said enough about this situation. It's not poor training from Hardee's but it's poor training from this guys home life. This occurred on 6/14/21 at around 8:20 pm. The other boxes of items were emptied onto the floor and counted the same way. He didn't mind us watching him do it. Yes, I should have said something to him. In these days of being politically correct and confronting people who may potentially get their feelings hurt, I chose not to. It's not my hometown, I was just passing through. My advice to Hardee's home office is to check their messages so others an leave one. Dine from there at your own risk. There's no telling what else these...
