My husband and I came in after the lunch crowd around 2:00 pm. We were seated and waited several minutes before our waitress came by---but not too long. It was ok. We got our drinks and placed our orders. I got chicken fajitas. My husband ordered CRISPY chicken strips. We did wait an unusual amount of time for our orders----but still not enough to complain about. I looked at my order. I didn't have fajitas. I had large chunks of chicken on top of barely warmed up onions. I stopped to cut the fat chunks of chicken as best I could and then made a fajita. The flavor was not good. It gagged me. The flavor was not what I had tasted at other Chili's. It was nasty. I couldn't tell if it was the chicken or the guacamole I put on the fajita, but it tasted as if someone had taken the lid off of the salt before shaking it. I think it was the guacamole. I tried it on a chip and it was ungodly salty!!! The fajitas had some weird seasoning on them that was nasty and I could not eat them. The head manager finally came out and asked if everything was okay. I told her it wasn't. Her solution was to make me something else. By this time my appetite was ruined. I said no and she said "okay" and walked off. We had a hard time getting the waitress to the table after that. My husband's crispy chicken by the way was so soggy HE couldn't eat it!!! I tried to pay (full price by the way) on that little kiosk sitting on the tables but I couldn't print a receipt. Never saw the waitress after that until after 15 minutes of waiting I hollered at one guy passing us. He went to the doorway and said a few words to someone (he never left our sight) and came back to say "Your waitress will be right here!" I told her it wouldn't print. She went in that doorway again and came out with a receipt. I've never had this kind of treatment at ANY Chili's EVER, and I have complained about my food before if it was bad! Read moreMy daughter and I was there today for lunch. Was seated very quickly and placed our order. Took awhile to get the food but not an issue. The food was good and she and I enjoy the lunch. Swiped my card on the Kiosk at the table to pay my bill ($28.67) and could not get a receipt. I waived the server down and she informed me that this kiosk was for another table. My bill was actually ($36.60) and I apologized for not looking at the bill as if it was my fault, and it was not. I then told the server just swipe my card for the difference ($7.93), she walked away. She then came back with a receipt for me to sign for ($36.60). I asked her why didn't you just pay the difference, she replied they canceled the first charge and charged me for the correct amount. I explained to her, so now I am out ($28.67) and ($36.60) for a mistake on your end! I also asked her that why didn't she come back before the second charge and tell me they couldn't just pay the difference? I would have accepted that and been fine and just waited for the ($28.67) to be placed back on my card. She explained that is what her manager said to do. I asked for the manager and explained this all and her answer basically was I'm sorry not much else I can do! She also state that they have had issues with the kiosk not being on the correct tables! NONE of this however is my fault. The resolution to this is communication was on part there, lack of respect for me and communication on their end was awful. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL. I will not ever enter the Chili's in Russellville Arkansas again.

Read moreI can honestly say I have a love hate relationship with this restaurant. I used to have access to 10 or more different Chili's and they were all excellent restaurants, but this one is hit and miss. I found that pickup / togo is almost always problematic if not a bad experience. 2 days ago I went in about 2:00 p.m. and we couldn't get anybody to take care of us. We waited almost 30 minutes just to get seated. We usually get the same waitress and she is excellent, but she is one of the few workers that take pride in the operation of this restaurant. As an online user I had received a free appetizer and I get one about every week from Chili's because they say they want my business. However they were out of the appetizer I wanted, which was chips + queso, but they wouldn't allow me to substitute it for anything else. This seemed ridiculous as they were out of about 15 different items. The manager was rude and would not even come over to our table and talk to us face to face. As I left with a receipt I saw that they charged me full price for the appetizer I ordered even though I had the online coupon. This bill was $7 higher than it should have been and was the main reason we went in that particular day was to use this reward incentive.
