Make sure you say exactly what you want. Once they warm it up you’re stuck with it. The lady is always rude by only opening the window halfway to listen and shutting it immediately after you order. I accidentally just said I wanted a sandwich and after she came back, I confirmed it was the biscuit and she said no. When I told her that I wanted the one on a biscuit, the only thing she could tell me that she already warmed it up. Love this place! EVERY employee is so friendly and service-oriented. We are from SoCal, where donut shops are on every corner, and the donuts are top notch. But, this place got it right! The donuts are ALWAYS fresh and soft and, if you get there early enough in the morning, they are all still warm. I think that the most convenient aspect, of this place, is the drive-thru window...I've never waited in line longer than 2...
