Arrived about 12:30 am. My friend ordered sweet tea. I asked "how's your coffee" the waiter says "it's pretty good". I said ok. I'll have coffee and a water. Creamer please. The waiting brings the "sweet tea" water and Creamer. Leaves to go grab my coffee. My friend says "this ain't sweet tea. Waiter arrives with my coffee. My friend say to the waiter this is unsweetened tea. He looked confused. He set my coffee down. I grabbed friends cup and took a sip and it sure was unsweetened. He apologize and was off on a mission to find sweet tea. I proceed to put Creamer and sugar in my coffee. The waiter finds his way back with the "sweet tea" . Friend takes a drink and again it was unsweetened tea. I tasted it as well and again with the second cup of unsweetened tea. The Waiter was really confused and said "they must not have put enough sugar in it. While the mysterious unsweetened tea conversation was happening i go to take my first sip of coffee and it was cold. Not even room temperature. I said dang my coffee is cold. Waiter just doesn't know what going on. I said I don't want it. You can stick your finger in it if you don't believe me. At this point we should have left. However. I ordered cheese sticks adding a side of ranch. When brought out, they were busted and swimming in ranch and marinara. Were off to a terrible start. Friend ordered a double stack crispy hashbrowns with cheese and ham and bacon. I ordered the spicy burger with onions rings. Burnt hashbrowns, cold ham on the side, and 3 pieces of bacon. The pancakes were dressed with a bottle of syrup with a fly in the bottle. My onion ring were cold. I had 2 bites of my burger. At this i was not about to chance it. You can guess why. The issues were brought to the waiters attention. He's looked embarrassed. I said please talk to someone about this. However no one was apparently in charge. There was a lady with a card that managed to give us a discount. Pointing to the paper on the wall. Telling me to come back in the morning to talk to that person. Dennys please close your doors. Thank you, my...
Read moreI went into this Denny's to order an All American Slam to go. The waitress approached me to take me to a table and I told her that I would like to place an order to go. She told me that she would be right back. After waiting for 20 minutes with no one coming to take my order I decided to order on line. I placed my order and got the confirmation email saying that my order would be ready in 20 minutes. Then I went to the Flying J's laundry room to move my laundry from the washer to the dryer. I came back over to Denny's to wait for my food. In the time that I was waiting 2 different people asked if I was waiting to pay. I told them that I was waiting for my order. Nothing more was said by either of them. After an hour had passed I asked for the Manager. After I told the Manager that I waited for 20 minutes to place an order only to have to go on-line to do it and that was an hour ago she told me that my order was ready and had been waiting. 😡😡😡 She said that she would have them remake it. I went back to the other side of the building to remove my laundry and when I returned to Denny's after maybe about 5 minutes my order was at the front waiting for me. The Manager apologized and offered a free meal on a future visit which I declined because I rarely get through this area. So instead she gave me a cup of coffee. When I got out to my truck to eat my food it was barely warm and the toast was soggy and hard on the edges like it had been microwaved. I will never eat at this location again. I have given 1 star only because the waitresses were extremely busy and they all had a very pleasant attitude. But as far as the "remade order" goes I was not very impressed. Just for visual reference I have included a photo showing how far that I had to walk to get to my truck with my "freshly...
Read moreWe are new to the area here (Russellville AR) Our first waitress ask our drinks we told her sweet tea as she gave us our menus. She brought our teas to the table and we told her to give us a bit to decide on our order, once ready to order she was busy talking to the other co-workers and we got her attention to order, she was polite and ask if we were ready. We began telling her what we wanted (she never wrote it down) my husband ordered the double cheeseburger and asked to substitute the fries for double hashbrowns she said no problem and a side of biscuits and gravy, I ordered the double bourbon bacon cheeseburger with fries and side of onion rings. We waited about 15 minutes for the food, she brought my husband's burger and hashbrowns to him, the burger was a bit pink and hashbrowns were burnt and she forgot his biscuits and gravy. Then she brings me my "double bourbon BACON cheeseburger" and fries she forgot my onion rings so we reminded her of them, my burger was not quite done and no bacon so rather then complaining I just pushed it aside and ate my fries and onion rings. We waited patiently for a refill and our waitress was nowhere so my husband asked the male waiter for refills and rather than bringing them first he brought THE TICKET mind you I was still snacking on my fries but ok. We took a look at the ticket and it wasn't right she charged us for the biscuits and gravy (correct) double cheeseburger combo then 2 orders of hashbrowns (incorrect) my double cheeseburger combo (correct bc my husband told her I didn't get the bacon) and side of onion rings. So he had them correct the ticket needless to say the food most definitely wasn't work $42.00 and we will not...
