Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Russellville

First time trying this restaurant out and I had to score it a 3 stars…my total was a whopping $19.97 which I guess isn’t to bad for a combo and 2 added sides, got home and missing fries, cheese curds are salty AF (I’ve had many cheese curds both fried and not) and never had them come salted, and to add to that the were a little on the under cooked side and the cup had standing grease under the bottom row of curds…onion rings were probably the only thing cooked well, the patty melt was over cooked and bread toasted so hard that I just threw it away…I don’t see myself coming back and definitely wasn’t the best experience, order taker was rushing me the entire time I was trying to choose an item and once I got to the window, I guess I was interrupting her and the rest of the crew from horse playing and flirting which is why my order wasn’t completed and checked prior to handing it out the window…I’d like to say come during evening that it would be better like most fast food joints are but this isn’t the case. Thanks Freddy’s for putting this distasteful experience into my mind for any other Freddy’s location…I guess next time I will go the extra distance and pay the extra money for a better burger at CJ’s at least there I know my food will be made exactly how it should and how I order and I will get...

I placed an order on the app and went through the drive thru to pick it up and they refused to hand me my order through the window. I even asked if they had a curbside option and was told no . The manager was very rude and was not accommodating. All I ordered was one cheeseburger. Making it and giving it to me at the window would’ve been the same as me ordering it in the drive thru. I even had to set behind a couple of cars to even get out of the drive thru. I was shocked that this establishment doesn’t accommodate their customers. People don’t waste your time here. Theyre quality of service has gone down since they've opened. I was asked to pull up to the "patio" to receive my order. I had ordered 2 mini sundaes. Mind you, one of my sundaes was sitting there on the counter. I responded are you kidding? He said no mam, its something new we're doing. Ok?
